I would think that gasket goo or even gasket paper would be a good idea. An earlier post stated 6mm nipples. To block off the ACC simple get a hose block off and hose clamp. Should be able to get this from a hardware or auto shop.

Not sure I follow what you saying, but this might be of use to some people. I recently contacted Trust Japan regarding the installtion of top feed injectors (GReddy/Denso) into the GReddy 11.0mm fuel rail (the 10.5 mm only allows fitment of the stanard injectors). And they replied by stating that you need to buy the following Genuine Nissan parts: 1) 6pcs of O-Ring -----Code 16618-78A00 2) 6pcs of Insulator (Upper Side)----Code 16635-78A00 3) 6pcs of Insulator (Bottom Side)---Code 16636-V5000

A part used on a car that uses any form of forced induction....

I disagree that a cheap kit is the same as a Jap brand or plazmaman kit. I recently purchased a Plazmaman piping kit for our Project car and was very happy with their seamless aluminium mandrel bent pipes. At the end of the day its about cooling efficiency with no pressure drop and some do it better than others. Not to mention removing as many restrictions from the system as possible. The reason you pay more money is not just the label, but the R&D that goes into different set-ups. For reference I use a GReddy core and Plazmaman piping. I have no affiliations with either company, only personal preference.

I very much doubt it. As the RB20 and RB25 are the same and the RB25 do not fit the RB26.

Pilot looks good. As suggested, you might need to release more than a short pilot to gain some more interest. Maybe even list the cars and features of each DVD, such as tech articles and so on.

I need the B Pillar covers, Drivers side Interior Triangle and the black plastic interior bolt covers (for seats and belt, from memory they are 17mm).

We recommend that you do use bonnet pins, as there is quite a lot of frontal airflow at high speeds which can cause a lot of stress on the mounting points. I personally use and recommend Aero Catch (http://www.aerocatch.com).
