The newer thicker version of our Clear Cam Gear Cover shouldn't have issues with the CAS. However as the CAS is vital to the engines operation, I would seek the advice of a mechanic if you are unsure what you are doing.

As the title says, I'm after the baffles that sit underneath and Rocker Covers, when we pulled the engine apart we realised we didn't have any which has led to the engine breathing quite heavily. Willing to buy the rocker covers with them if need be.

Full boost is around 3800rpm, I'll be getting a graph displaying RPM soon. Just wanted to keep it safe for the time being on 98 as I get used to the car, and with the slightly higher CR it's ideally been set-up for a higher octane fuel. That was actually a typo. The Wastegate came with 1.6Bar springs and I replaced them for the run in tune and initial settings. Tial use in an inner and outer spring that combine to make the desired boost pressure. We have currently have in the car: Copper (Outer) + Brown (Inner) = 0.8 Bar (11.60psi) and will run this combo on E85: Copper (Outer) + Maroon(Middle) + Beige (Inner) = 1.6 Bar (23.20)

I might buy into the whole RB25 with a 1.06 A/R debate, as we have just finished building our project car. Its got the Full Race TS Manifold, Twin 38mm MVS Tial Wastegates, ATP TS GT3582R T4 Flange, the engine has just been fully rebuilt and is running a CR of 9:1. The plan is to keep the car on 98 for the street and then run it on E85 for the track and eventually run it on E85 when this comes more available at the pump, after all I drive it every day to work As far as traction goes, it can get a bit tail happy but that probably has more to do with the way I plant my foot instead of easing the power on a little more gently. Graphs are on 13psi for 98, and will be turned up to 23 PSI to match the 1.6Bar springs that are currently in the wastegates. It hasn't seen the track yet, as I'm currently overseas and we had some dramas with the RacePak electronic dash, but as soon as I'm back I will get it on to the track and see how it goes.

Interested in the rocker covers, do you have pics of the underneath, need to make sure they have the stock baffles.

I bought it from the UK through a guy who made some in his spare time and sold them on eBay. Not sure if he is still doing them though. We made some carbon fibre ones for a while, but they didn't sell very well.

Finally got the car back in Sydney, the car has peformed very well and I'll try to go through all the stuff we have done over the last few weeks. Needless to say, a severe lack of traction all the way to fourth gear, so some new sticky rubber will be the next thing on the list.

Got them fine, and just speaking to a few places on what they can provide. Lead times and prices should be available in the coming weeks.

Do you also have the plastic cover that mounts to the front bar? Our R33 demo car doesnt have a standard front bar so I am unsure how this pieces together. I would prefer that I get the whole lot from one person, but if you just want to supply the other lens I'll get the rest from StuntCock? PM me for how you want to handle this.

75Coupe has sent us one lens, but we need both sides. Can you email me some pictures of what they look like now? As long as the assembly is in tact, they will be useful for testing. We would also like to see a list of members who are willing to pre-purchase these, as we would need a few people (exact numbers will be confirmed later) to commit in order for this to go ahead.

Still waiting on someone to help out with the whole assembly so we can work out how it all fits together.

Made 355rwhp on 13psi for the run-in tune (New ECU, ditched the E11v2 and went with a Wolf V500). More to come soon

Yes we have one of the indicators, we will however need the other side to make the appropriate mould.

Yes, we need the whole surrounds so that we can understand how they attach and manufacture accordingly. If anyone does have them, please let me know and I will look after you with a free set of lenses. Be aware that we would need the surrounds for the duration of the project, so this must either be a spare set or from a car that is not on the road at the moment.

Sorry mate, I didn't realise you had the whole lot. We just want to check how the mounts are set out so that we can come up with a solution that means as little work for you as possible. As I read that some of you are heating up the glue to get the lenses off and it may warp the surround. Any solution we come up with will need to be mass produced and include instructions for anyone to follow. I don't want hiccups or people saying this isn't a DIY job further down the track, so bare with us.
