  1. Part number for R32 speedo cable is 25050-02U00 If you can't get out of your Nissan dealer, there are aftermarket parts suppliers that stock factory nissan parts. Here is one example. http://www.kudosmotorsports.com/catalog/nissan-speedometer-cable-genuine-nissan-skyline-r32-gts-rb20de-gtst-rb20det-p-930.html
  2. Hey all. Long story short, I bought the wrong injectors, seller clearly stated no returns, so I need to sell. Brand new, unused (still in packaging). Sard 850cc sidefeed injector part number 63507. This is a complete set to suit SR20. Comes with collars (part number 63521), o-rings, connectors and pins. I am asking $650. Will consider swaps for RB25 gearbox. Keep in mind that purchasing these retail will cost a lot more. Current RHDJapan sale price for the same kit is $833, plus postage. CJMotors, $710 for injectors and connectors only. No collars. Plus postage. GCG sell collars for $160 Nengun, $896USD for injectors and collars. plus postage. I feel that the asking price is good and a fair saving over retail. Please send me a PM if you are interested in purchasing. I prefer cash on pick up from bayside area, but will consider direct deposit and postage if you require. If you are a nice person and I have some spare time I may even help you fit them. Thanks, Luke
  3. Hey all, Just removed from my Cefiro due to power upgrades (and hence, gearbox upgrade). Includes clutch slave, fork, throw-out bearing etc, short shifter. A little history. Bought as SR20 package from JDM garage just over 2 years ago, had just been brought in from Japan. I have been using redline oil in the gearbox and a regular organic type clutch. Has only seen a handful of drifting sessions in my ownership, spent the rest of the time parked up in the garage (this car is not driven on the road). Purchased and fitted a C's short shifter recently. Haven't had any problems with crunchy synchros or missed gears, even after fitting the short shifter. I think I also have a nismo 5 speed H pattern sticker to throw in, so you can avoid defect if your shift knob doesn't have the pattern on it. Also have a few shift knobs sitting around I can include if you are interested. I'm asking $550. Pick up from Bayside area. Please PM me for details. Thanks, Luke
  4. TV tuner in the boot has an auxillary input. Installation requires lifting the boot panels, plug a cable in and then you have AV auxillary input. I have the cable running under the rear seat and floor mats up to the center console with a 3.5mm plug on the end. I bought the cable off a member on the forum. I would imagine Chris would have a cable like this in stock or would probably know which direction to point you.

  6. Rim size is irrelevant as the rolling diameter is decided by the tyre choice.
  7. Check the factory tyre placard then compare against http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
  8. If they are supposed to go on the guard they are probably for A32 cefiro (maxima). They don't resemble the shape of any lights on the A31 cefiro.
  9. Disconnect the reverse sensor on the gearbox and wire up your own relay to power the reverse lights? Could cause more problems than it's worth though?
  10. If the root cause of the issue is that the slave/master are mismatched, could you not have the slave cylinder rebored? Or perhaps there is a larger diameter slave that fits the gearbox?
  11. If he can't find suitable replacement parts on the 2nd hand market, just have an R32 tailshaft lengthened to fit.
  12. That is because OEM bumpers aren't made from fibreglass that cracks and tears. You can debadge these cars yourself with a bit of fishing line and hot air gun, they are only stuck on with adhesive.
  13. '03 Coupe 350GT For anyone who has had the motor on their passenger seat fail, were there any symptoms before it failed? Mine has just started making a strange noise as it moves forward/back. Instead of steady hum sound it now makes more of a pulsing sound. I'm hoping that it will turn out to be just a bit of dirt/debris build up on the gears that I will be able to clean off.
  14. Have the car booked in to get the front windows on my coupe tinted. All the rumors I've heard from people say you aren't supposed to wind the windows for a period until the glue on the tint sets properly. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but I'm worried that the auto winding when you open and close the door might wreck it.
  15. I'm sure if you ask nice enough someone will take a photo of the plug in question and maybe even the wire colours, should be able to sort it pretty easily then.
  16. It won't be the cluster at fault. If you look at where the ECU is there should be a plug coming from under the dash board, you will need to find some wiring pinouts to identify the correct wires. Then you will find a plug coming off the ECU loom will have all the dash wires in it but the plug will be different shape. If you have the original cefiro loom you can chop the plug off and pop the wires in it, otherwise you will probably have to join them with solder or some other connectors. As far as the ECU location, it is supposed to sit behind a plastic kick panel on the leftside of the passenger footwell.
  17. In, though I may have to leave a little early.
  18. Unfortunate about the weather, I won't be able to make it to the next one.
  19. I should be able to make it if I can remember hahah
  20. Maybe the USDM ECU's are less sensitive to adjustments on the throttle signal.
  21. I mean specifically, have you tried turning the controller on (it then goes into limp mode) and then reset the ECU with the controller still set, so that the ECU will learn the pedal/throttle with the controller on? You would imagine that it would have to work somehow? What brand is it? You could ask for a refund, product is unfit for purpose if it can't adjust the throttle without sending it into limp mode.
  22. How do these throttle controllers work? Do they modify the signal from the pedal to the ECU or do they modify the signal from the ECU to the throttle body? Have you tried resetting the ECU and doing the pedal/throttle relearn things?
  23. Looking for a factory ECU to borrow and/or buy if anyone can help me out. Specifically it's an '03 model, manual 350gt premium. Thanks. P.S what do I do about the factory nissan immobiliser
