Recently had the fuel rail off mine a couple times.
The easiest way is to pull the throttle body off the plenum and remove the AAC (or IAC?) valve. It is positioned between the 4th and 5th injector. Be careful with the throttle body gasket though as it is easy to damage.
Other way, is leave everything in place, unbolt the rail and lift it up enough to wriggle the injectors out of the rail, then pull it all out. Only problem with this way is it is a bit more difficult getting the rail and injectors back in place.
