  1. Hi guys, If you want to have stuff couriered you could try calling the Fastway Perth office yourself to arrange a pick up from JZN32's place to your door. The number is 08 9353 6401. They quoted be around $110 for the front bar to Sydney wrapped in bubble wrap. See how you go - it would mean less of a hassle for JZN32 and maybe get your your parts quicker.
  2. Hi, this might have been suggested but maybe a 'Famous Skylines' section with pics and discussion about cars like the Gibson race cars or the Calsonic R32 + others.
  3. Hi, I am after the left and right side interior pieces that go around the rear quarter windows in an R32 coupe. Thanks, Ben 0410 442 205
  4. It looks from the pic that the hole is about one inch. Is that opened or closed? Does the opening get up to three inches when fully opened?
  5. GTSt (all specs) and R32 GTS4 are the same. GTSt, R32 GTS4, GTS25t and GTR (non-Brembo) all share the same pads. They all share generally the same caliper except with different length brackets to attach them to the car allowing for larger discs.
  6. What does this do? How does it work?
  7. Is the wing made from plastic or fibreglass?
  8. You wrote 1 x front rotors. Does this mean you have 1 set (2) front rotors or 1 front rotor? Thanks.
  9. That was my initial thought - I have a black M spec bar on the car at the moment, though I can't bring myself to go to a spraypainter who is going to charge me massive prices, do a sh!t job, the argue about doing it over and over until they get it right. The hassle in getting a white one seems a lot less than getting it sprayed.
  10. Thanks Brad, but I've had a fibre GTR bar and got tired of constantly repairing it. Thanks anyway!
  11. Hi all, I would like to get a front bar sent from Perth to Sydney. The Australia Post postage calculator tells me that their maximum parcel size is 105cm by 140cm in girth (!) I guess a front bar is about 2m by .8m x .8m. Who would I use to freight this? Thanks, Ben.
  12. My steering feels firm all of the time! I will check out my steering rack looking for plugs or whatever and see what happens when I unplug it. I assume though that would make the steering heavy as opposed to light. I wonder how any volts equals light? Have you seen the plug - I haven't come to think about it. Where abouts is it? Thanks for your help!
  13. ebola, that's what I'm talking about. So you think that it is a high / low speed thing with the power steering? Do you have any more info on that - I can't see how it would work.
  14. Hi, Maybe I should have been a little clearer. I have not HICAS. I have removed the HICAS solenoids and all the piping. I am using the stock power steering pump but with no rear chamber. With that in mind I can't see what the effect would be on disconnecting the computer / removing the fuse. The end game to me if we can figure this out is to get rid of my HICAS computer just because!
  15. Man, I couldn't get email updates for replies for a while - its a shame I didn't see this earlier > seemed like a fair thing.
  16. Bump again.
  17. Hi there, If you pull out the power steering fuse or unplug the HICAS computer (my car is an R32 GTS4) you will find that you have no power steering. I can't see why power has anything to do with the power steering. Does anyone know how this works? Thanks, Ben.
  18. Hi there, I have noticed that there have not been many DR30s for sale here at SAU. I understand that a. there aren't all that many and b. people might not sell too frequently. But when people have sold - did they post on SAU. If not where? Thanks.
  19. Thanks for the feedback guys. I wanted to out a final note on this for anyone looking at it in the future. I ended up getting not adjustable Noltec uerathane bushes. These were installed by Grey Imports at Annandale for $288 done-and-dusted. I notice a substantial increase in handling as the outgoing bushes were clearly rooted. Thanks.
  20. Nengun say : "The HKS EIDS has been developed to buffer dramatic airflow meter signal fluctuations. By buffering these fluctuations the EIDS prevents engine stalling or stumbling associated with sudden imbalances in air/fuel ratio of airflow meter-equipped vehicles that utilize atmosphere venting blow-off valves." $145.66 plus postage from www.nengun.com.au $280.00 from Unique AutoSports $70.00 from me used and delieverd. It comes with the loom and some wiring instructions I tracked down which you will need. Ben 0410 442 205
