Hi mate, I have the purple wire from the 4010 connected to constant power. I also cut the speedcut wire to my ecu (quite a long time before I installed the 4010) and left both ends disconnected. This caused me no trouble and let me drive about 180kmh.

Hi mate, would you like to know a. how to wire the unit into the car or b. how to set the unit up to show the right speed and revs or c. how to set the rev and speed warning up I've got this working in my car and I quite like it - my steering wheel is too small so I can't see the factory speedo and techo. Ben

Aside from security concerns; I was hoping that a turbo timer harness would give me a great starting point for the project but it looks like I'll need to start at the start!

Thanks, I gathered the same with the start wire. I want to have one click switch to turn the car to on and a push button for start. I don't think I need an acc switch if I go straight to on. I don't want to use my key at all but would probably want to wire is so rant I could still use the key if I wanted to.

Hi guys, I am thinking of installing a racecar-style ignition on/off switch and am thinking that using a turbo timer harness may be the way to go. Do turbo timer harnesses hook into both the 'on' and the 'start' circuits? Thanks, Ben

Hi guys, you mentioned you may have R33 GTR lower control arms in your R32 GTR. Are these interchangeable except that the R33 lower control arm is a little longer = more camber? Thanks.

Sorry mate, I didn't get the other messages. I will check my profile settings to make sure that I haven't set anything up wrong. The stereo needs to be wired into your car the same way any non-stock stereo would. I found the Aeropro car-side harnesses good because they let you plug into your stock loom with no chopping. I have labelled the wires coming from the stereo to make it easier. Thanks, Ben.

Duncan, thanks for getting back so quick. The L is on the passenger side arm and there is an R on the drivers side arm. This means that I have got it right so far. I have contacted Nolathane to see whether they have got their instructions wrong (I doubt that I am the only person to have bought the kit) or that they have supplied the wrong crush tubes (unlikely but something is wrong)! I did notice that the bolt is end specific as the inner bold tapers just after the thread. The diameter of the bolts (and therefore the inside diameter of the crush tubes seems the same though). Any more insight would be super. Thanks.
