I realise that this isn't in your post; though do you have a temperature sensor?

White32, I'd swap for a temp sensor or a boost solenoid (r33 or rb26) or a wii controller and nunchuk

I have a steering wheen off an R32 GTS4. It is in fair condition which can be seen in the pictures. tIt can be collected from Wetherill Park or Harrington Park NSW or posted at the buyers expense. $60 plus postage.

Bubba, mine is red. I kind of remember that when I got it the guy told me it was off a 300zx though my memory is a little hazy on this. How do I know if my car is on cold start? Using a Consult cable I can see that the car is running at about 65 degrees when warm which is about the middle of my temp guage. Is there any other way to see of the car is running at cold start. Hi bubba, I am having troubles with idle and changed my temp sensor to one from a different NIssan. I know that it is a different colour to the one I had; what colour is the 20/26 one and what colour is the 25 one?

Using a consult cable I can see that my TPS gives a voltage value of 1 off throttle and 4 on throttle (R32 RB20DET). Sav man, are you saying that it shoudl be 0 volts when the throttle is closed? Thanks, Ben.

I called this guy and he was really bummed. He told me for about 5 miuntes how some 'arabs' from Melbourne harrassed him to sell the car site-unseen to them. He said that the calls started 11 minutes after it went up. He didn't really want to sell it to them because he wanted it to go to be restored (they said they were going to part it out) but after heaps of phone calls and 30+ texts he ended up selling it to them for between $2k and $3k.

Not bad. There are two interesting things about the ad. 1. The person put their entire address; I have not seen that before on EBAY. 2. The person is selling it for the engine really though there are no pictures of the engine bay. Silly. That's the kind of thing I am looking for - I'd buy that one if it were anywhere near Sydney!

Further, most 'pros' don't care about you or their car - they are like anyone else who is at work thinking about going home and doing other things. I generally ask myself if their training / experience will offset their lathargy. In most cases I would prefer to muck stuff up for free rather than pay someone else to muck it up for me!

Never worked on a carby before; but if you feel like having a go I'd spend the $160 and do it. Worste case is you muck it up and have to go 'crawling back' and it costs you $1760 - best case is it costs you $160 and you feel like a champ!

fcruz3r, when I look up the Century NS60LS on the Century website at http://www.centurybatteries.com.au/asp/ind...11&type=109 it seems that the NS60LS is a multipost battery. Is that what you have?

Hi, the battery on my V35 GT* sedan has run flat and I need to get a new one. There is a number on the top of my battery which is "110D26L" though it doesn't seem to match up to any battery models around. I see on this thread http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Ba...&hl=Battery that rs73 recommends a BNS60LS or Century NS60LS; however these don't seem to be a direct replacement. In the same thread I think that superspit recommends a NZ40L from Supercheap and Ben H recommends a NRMA 2384 "Premium". I searched on the Battery World website which suggests a brads GS Yuasa, Centruy and Maxx with NS40ZLX being the best battery and NS40ZL being listed as a 'performance battery'. What battery have you used?
