basiclly I think the cut off is a 180 and up wear rating is street, below 180 is semi. that said when that was deemed the cut off for a bunch of classes in USA, a few manufactuers re classified their tires from 120-140 to a new 180.... we are looking at you Yokohama and Hankook.....so as per usual it is not cheating till your caught
