    I got the SR20 forged motor big intercooler and such as well.. Putting out massive 185ish RWKW.. stock turbo and injectors tho..

    Parents Tiguan had oil leak, b4 even checking what was wrong they dropped a new DSG in it. then found out it was a leaking head gasket. SO seems that yeah they having much trouble with them so assume everything is caused by it.

    I tried those drift ones for a bit, the oil filter is hard to reach in my engine bay so it just made life easier. went back to ryco tho as well they cheaper and you look less gay buying them.

    due to the ethanol content, it varies so amount of fuel that needs to be delivered varies as well, could be a little rich could be a little lean, either way not so good. I got mine tuned on BP 98 and that only fuel that goes into it. why spend so much on a motor to cheap out on the fuel?

    it is a legit fix, rice absorbs the water and fixed the device. better would be the stuff they package in electronics and such but hard to find in bulk. make sure device is off, leave for a couple days in rice..fixed.
