forget RACV hit up stateroads ask for the inspector to call you prior to the inspection and explain exactly what you are looking for. they do paint dept checks and everything to let you know the issues. saved me on 2 cars before the one I bought. major body on one and engine on 2nd. 3rd (which I had a deposit on already as I was sure was a good car) the inspector told me the facts, (couple very minor cosmetic repairs) fuel pump on the way out, that it. wish I had one of those on that POS that I call a mustang...sure they would have found the 2-3 inches of bog in certain areas.
