  2. small side garden I see to work on. the empty lot next door is that part of the park or will some-one build on it?
  3. first home buyers duty reduction. you get 50% off if it your primary place of residence. if you put the full 80% down them you don;t need to pay loan mortgage insurance. simples
  4. Sif be a house owner.. Living with the parents gives you so much more money....not sure why I didn't do it years ago
  5. was it yours you misplaced or one of the original owners of the house
  6. Yeah the moment it came out the cops were tipped off before she even bought a ticket I went and got the popcorn. has not let me down. still more to come is my guess. "Fiance" seems to be in the drug trade already. more popcorn is going to be needed
  7. Cassie Sainsbury's headphones?
  8. That was an intersting one. their problem was lowest common denominator, the fact they shared a database with their regular dating site, (plus sugar daddy, same sex, swingers, and who knows what else) not all areas took security as keen as they should. also when people deleted accounts they did not delete from their database... they really should have separated out the data for the different areas and put diffrent protection in place. as really being on RSVP is a bit different to having the records you buy a 15inch big black dildo every 3 weeks...
  9. ah but you see the porn sites are some of the smartest about security of all internet companies.. no-way they would be silly enough to cache stuff on your phone for you to get in trouble with your work. If you ever want to see a correct way to manage security/users check out something like Adultshop/sexyland/any porn site. nengun gets hacked no big deal..esp if you have different passwords for each site (which we all have right...) but XXX site gets hacks and it's much worse PR and most likely out of business.
  10. I only guessed that as you were on here complaining..thus I assumed it had to be this.
  11. isn't SAU taptalk? or did they have their own app?
  12. assuming taptalk
  13. yeah fair enough. i'll stick on my sub 4% for the time being
  14. I'm just trying to work out how they get offered 400Kish on low income with a bankrupcy thought loans were getting harder not easier.
  15. quick question for the finance/housing people here. how hard is it to get a loan if you have had a bankruptcy? some friends of Katie finished their insolvency period a couple years ago and are now building a new house. would not have thought they would have got a loan??
  16. i had that as well and did like it. however mine is mounted on the scaffolding in the back of the car, so I cannot get behind it anymore or else I'm mounting under the number plate so cannot see back again. so the bluetooth to phone makes life so much easier. plus start and stop recording buttons when strapped in seat so not recording that 10 min sitting on pre grid
  17. as in dash cam? no idea on these or for in car video? get a GoPro and link to your phone as a screen
  18. yeah the ultra 10 were solid....if you kept power to them, we had an issue where the HDD got thermal shock if you powered them down. so stupid reliable till you rebooted. we imaged drive prior to reboot as we ended up with about a 1 in 3 chance the HDD would not spin back up. still the most reliable windows I've touched. most of what I touch now is *NIX so not had to support M$ setup for a bit
  19. had a SUn Ultra 10 here up to 3700 days till we were replacing the UPS and had to power down
  20. I've seen things that cannot be unseen for large banks/governments/people who should know better. think 10+ year old NT4 server's managing over a billion dollars in trust.. but it's ok it was only for NSW people so Fk them..
  21. agreed, Windows 98 SE is where we should be at...
  22. was mentioned in that article thus I'm guessing the snide remark...
  23. so it is. the 2 personal are 10 not noticed that. not dealt with windows for a long time
  24. not any more. shit 3 laptops in our house not one has CD/DVD so would not be usefull. should have a Certificate sticker on it and a copy of the installer on the drive.
