Most will cover you for driver training, I know AAMI does as well, even drops your premiums if you do some and your young. (hell the discount in one year would cover a Driver Dynamic course..) but Shannons "used" to have a track coverage, I was reading up on it at the time, but when the min excess was more than my car value..not much point. that said seems to be gone now so meh.

I have looked into this in the past. So you can apply for it but is is done on a case by case basis. Ie you need driving history and such they won't cover imports and such, only significant vehicles, guessing this is for things like old GT-HO's and the such excess is last time I saw around the 20K mark no idea on premiums as never actually meet some-one that managed to get it.

haha I always leave the keys in the ignition of my car there.. tools boxes, rims jacks blah blah dump in the morning load up in the evening. even left some stuff there once and it got picked up, the guy who picked it up posted in the thread and I recovered!!

I very much pity Oscar, he's a good person and had other shit go wrong car related for his this year as well, (including getting tagged by another car on the track) But this is the issue with organizing things for an ad-hoc group. and why we as SAU are are a registered Company. SO I am organizing the Annual Show and shine atm,and the first requirement is insurance in case something like this were to happen so we are individuals are not liable Hell the venue has a clause that we have insurance and need to provide to book it. I hope the folk from JDMST step up and put together a collection to cover his bill. plus they need to have a big look at how they organize this in the future, along with a bung of other "groups"

Looks like a workshop that has a customer car. Customer is not paying for the work, trader sells car to recoup costs. does not want to post pics in case his friends come round with baseball bats. is done as a tender to higest bid wins (not auction style every-one gets one bid) unfort will be locked..
