  1. I bought mine from costco....
  2. dealers cannot quote for the brz online sales only, but a few "major" dealers got a test drive one. ie docklands will prob have the only test drive one in vic. but as they sold out for 2 years guess this one thought make a profit meant to be around 37-38 drive away.
  3. damn I wish I had orderd a BRZ quickly http://www.carpoint.com.au/all-cars/demo/details.aspx?Cr=0&R=13185255&keywords=&trecs=3&__Ns=pCar_RankSort_Int32|1||pCar_Price_Decimal|1||pCar_Make_String|0||pCar_Model_String|0&__sid=1379904DDDD8&__Nne=15&__Qpb=1&seot=1&__N=834%201216%201246%201247%201252%201282%204294659441%204294963801&silo=1011 that's a lot of mark-up for a demo model
  4. actually that was a dyno that is meant to give FlyWKW so it does a normal dyno run, then you leave in neutral or something and it can tell from the drag how much power is lost though the drive train thus giving a FW rating. no idea how it works but yeah...those crazy germans
  5. one word bridesmaids..
  6. 100 mph tape fixes everything.
  7. seems I was slightly wrong..but still combo's not looking too great: The RSPEC is available in four colour combinations, half of them to be built in the ‘hero’ colour scheme of Silhouette (black) with Vixen (red) accents. The remaining 175 units will be made up of Winter White, red and Kinetic (blue) with black accents. the ute I was looking at only comes in that colour: and still ugly..and guessing still leaf suspension.
  8. the ford only comes in the colour scheme and the stripe packe is one they took off the new mustang then put on a much longer car and put a rspec sticker on it.. worst effort ever. and they wonder why less ppl buy them.
  9. love the idea. every-one complains on their forums about ppl doing skids on exit of these...so they put up their next meet with a tokyo drift poster... way to try pull some cop attention...
  10. few more pics from one of the WRX guys awsome shot of Joe going over a ripple strip there www.flickr.com/photos/simmor1/sets/72157631014846122/
  11. Considering that was in the dry ahve to take a few seconds off our time. but either way ave them put you in the slow group and will be fine if your worried. I was hoping to have some semi's on the front but work messed up my pay so no go. anyhow going to push to break into the 30's
  12. Tony there will be slower cars. from their last sandown round results: http://www.vssc.com.au/VSSC%20Round%202%20Class%20Results.pdf as you can see plenty cars that were slower than you. winton is nowhere near as scary as sandown as well great track for a beginner and quite forgiving. depending on your list of mods you will be std or modified greater than 4L with the turbo multiplier.
  13. saunationals in November at wakefield park. dec/jan generally don't have many track days but we are running a round of the deca championship in dec. as or 2013 the MS committee have already started discussing this and looking at making some changes (for the positive I think) but we need to wait for other clubs to announce schedules b4 we can finalize our rounds. that said traditionally a bunch of us have dome at least one tampered day at winton in Jan for a bit of fun. M
