  1. Talking to richo he agreed...untill you some proper heat cycles then they go off, just like the old ones. SO great for street as they don't get to track temps. but not so good. what they have been testing out on the BMW was the nagkang NS-2R and having great results at 140 a tyre, (think R888 quality not A050) http://nankangtyres.com.au/tyre/ns-2r/ going to grab some when back on track.
  2. Moh how long you going to USA for? have you got a "Don't shoot I'm not black" tshirt if there on the 9th Nov remember to have a oh crap Trump got in/didn't get in anti riot kit. If I was a visitor there not sure which would be worse, trump supporters celebrating or protesting..either thing will involve guns.
  3. sorted
  4. issue is they attach to bags not people, so anything you have rested your bag on could have them. ie if you put your bag on the bed in hotel, then on your bed at home.
  5. just burn down the house and start again... http://citybugs.tamu.edu/factsheets/biting-stinging/others/ent-3012/ An exception is “Bug bombs”, or aerosol foggers. Foggers are mostly ineffective in controlling bed bugs. Because bed bugs hide in crevices and voids where aerosols do not penetrate, they are able to avoid contact with these insecticides
  6. I encountered bed bugs once. they spread super easy so lucky I only had a small backpack as it was a overnight trip. I thew the bag in the bin once you get them they are apparently very difficult to get rid of.
  7. Steel frame with 50 year guarantee only way to go!
  8. 4.99
  9. I never complain about eating Crab. in fact I was planning on having some tonight. and that was not a complaint about travel, more so about building house. Swore no Motorsport till it done. I'm in town for deca, but only coming up to help run not enter. that said once house done I have space for properly working on a car and can do it properly. and first time I will have all my cars in one spot for maybe 8 years!
  10. yeah all this adult stuff getting in the way of fun. want house done so I can play again
  11. put a bike lock on it??? (not sure if that works indoors)
  12. no hard rubbish collection out there. If you want a bulk lot gone you can call the council once a year and arrange a set time for a pick up.
  13. if sup regs say 5 5 it is? must have been an old template that slipped though but that the rules we follow. yes securly mounted. can you use a seat mount bolt? that what I used to do on the S14 when dailied it
  14. I'm sure a 1kg ext would have stopped this happening...
  15. 3 years from manufacture should be a date on collar or base with month/year built yes we care its part of the Scruit process, (read the sup regs to see who the Scruit is....) has to be in cabin, bolted down (no tech screws zip ties etc)
  16. looking like what I'm going to be doing!
  17. wait I know this...
  18. So samsung are doing a swap desk at the major airlines to assist with this: http://www.ausbt.com.au/samsung-sets-up-swap-and-drop-airport-booths-for-banned-note-7
  19. there is that. What I loved was going into a shop and ask a price, they would give me a price in USD, explain not American from AU, and price would halve..then bargain down to a 1/3 of that price. not like AU was not involved in that war but all they think of is the americans!! Talking to some locals apparently the vendors do sit around over a beer at night discussing who screwed over an american the most that day.
  20. I hated viet. however I was working not being tourist, and representing a USA company so there was seem serious resentment among the staff. Unfortunately looking like I'll be back there again a few times next year.
  21. chicken kebab off a bike vendor in Viet. as in the rotation of the chick skewer was linked to the bike pedals. that was my balliest move. on another trip ate same as co worker on everything but last night, he got salad with meal I had chips. he ended up in hospital on a drip, I ended up at a bar with a bunch of locals. when you can see black flecks in the water, stick with beer and deep fried shit. got to Malaysia yesterday and first thoughts is it's up with Hong Kong as fav asian place, really liking it.
  22. not been to bali yet...not on my list to go to
  23. why is it the last person on the plane also has the largest bag. then stops and stares around in stupidity going what do I do now. Nearly as bad as being in the FreqFlyer lane for security and they still have to rummage to the bottom of their bag for a laptop. #learntotravel
  24. ever tried to fit your bag into the overhead locker onto a morning qantas flight. I'm generally in the exit row so it has to go up, easier to be on first and get it sorted. Or if a premium cabin, nice to get on, enjoy your hot towel and glass of bubbly as you settle in.
  25. I was annoyed that they called boarding for a flight, So I had to put down my Taittinger and wander up to the gate. Surprise surprise they were not open yet. Lucky there was another lounge near the gate (unfortunately business only) so I was able to relax have a drink, then jump the priority queue and be one of the first on the plane anyhow. airports suck eh.. On a side note this is the first time I have had a hotel room with it's own sunroom overlooking the pool. Should be nice to relax in the evening.
