OK that's interesting. Not gone through a Booze bus for more than 8 years (had the random cop on the side of the road but not the whole booze/drugs bust for years) I assumed that every-one got tested just like for drink and it was a near instant thing. I would hope they only report ones that they did the 2nd test and confirmed the result same as Drunk driving you have to do the 2nd test (think it a blood one) to be 100% sure. so if the test van was outside a methadone clinic I could see this, but damn 1 in 8 is a stupid high number.
