Ther eis that, when I was on a much lower salary then yes OT/TIL was always offered. and I chased those Public holdiay/OT hard core for some extra $$ but yeah once to get to a point it kinda expected to be included. I might not get TIL but I get to work from home often so when we not busy I'm avalible if needed but I can have a nice cruisy lunch with Katie, or work on the car so long as I answer phone if something crops up. so it all works itself out over time.

my next weekend that I'm not working is after christmas..... no cash, no TIL All just part of being a professional at times.
