lived there for months. ate with the locals went out with the locals. plus tried the tourist shit on weekends. never want to go back. more so considering how much the locals hate the tourists, they sit around with a beer at end of day discussing who screwed a tourist over the most.

holiday ideas. I'm going to be hipster here and suggest something that you could do before it gets too cool... forget Thailand, done to death. Vietnam ha, enjoy food poisoning getting ripped off and poor quality everything. would never suggest. (well unless you do a tour and follow the sheep) Loved walking down the street and watching people carry their kids out to defecate in the gutter so if you want beach, cheap, lots of activities, do Boracay in the Philippines. beers sub 1$ all the usual things like parasailing, diving (got to see some cool wildlife when I went out) sailing and lots of very cheap seafood. fly into Manila then catch a small plane down to the islands. or if you want to do something completely different, go to Laos. other than Viet Vian there just not the tourists. (but that's where you go for the drugs.) and riding a slow boat down the meekong is super relaxing. expect more hiking and sightseeing rather than action however.

that one was 318i wagon. I had booked a Diesel shitbox and they ran out to bumped me to it. that was full throttle in 5th, shift to 6th and speed just dropped off. better yet work payed for the car and fuel

last lot were 80-85 off top of head so yes it is an increase. more rent, insurance cost more, short of it is we will prob loose a small amount on it with the increase!

so the issue was that the new owners required CAMS insurance not ASAA that we had been running under Cams took a look and said hell no, no way is that safe. so a number of car clubs (SAUVic included) did some working bees to put up tyre bundles and such to get it across the line. CAMS have now given the OK on a safety front so we good to go.

already have the date for the next one is shepp. plus the foresite training one for some close to home action

last time mine died was with a completely full tank. that was a bitch to replace. previous times you knew it was coming, this one just stopped completely.
