really? look if this was a empty industrial estate I would not give a shit and would have a similar attitude but crap like this on a public highway with traffic around them this is the sort of shit that ruins it for the rest of us. hope they get some butt hurt out this.

got the GIA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gemological_Institute_of_America) prior to purchasing the stone. valuation came in about 5-6K more than payed for it. the jeweler discounted massively if you get him to make one, as he knows it not going to sit in the window for 12 months wasting him money and maybe need a redesign or be in a sale. first time ever custom cheaper than off the shelf pretty happy all in all.

how much to spend that was a big call no way was I spending 3 months salary, not putting a new car on her finger. but then was not looking to get a brevilles 199 special either. End of the day I went with approx one engine rebuild as a budget.....

never really got those, takes a few sec to remove a sump plug... go have a beer and do something interesting. come back few sec later sump plug back in place. so it saves you a crush washer but in reality takes longer. meh still don;t trust a ripple strip vibrating one loose..
