Had same prob here. Changed rotors and the problem went away. Check your wear on rotors you will spot it if it is warped slightly.

How much are the radio link thing? I only ask because i can get Car FM Transmitter for iPod + MP3/4 Holder And Charger

It wont be a head gasket because the engine has only just been re built. The turbo was so on its way out as you were most prob aware which is why you are experiencing the smoke. Either fix or change turbo and you will find its all good.

Disconnect the battery first then try pulling those metal rods you tried previously, it may work. Does sound like the metal rods have become jammed. Jammed is easily done if the screws holding the central locking rod to you're door rod was not secured properly. You may have to take out the seat in order to remove the door trim to gain access to the door internals.

Well if you`re happy with the power you got at the moment then i would either use the kit you have or sell it since its only sitting there gathering dust. Not sure on what you got in comfort wise as in the seats, perhaps look at a seat upgrade and maybe some upgrade to the rear seats. Or even a suspension upgrade if you haven`t already done so. Stock car look can be less attraction to the police at times and also fun when that V8 rocks up beside you wanting to give you a run and you leave him with that stunned look on his face eating your dust. Anyway just my 2 cents worth. Good luck on what ever you decide on.

Just posting this up for others that are not aware of cruise thats on tonight...I have cut and paste this from another car forum. Like the title says PERFORMANCE vehicles only please. If you need to ask whether yours is a performance vehicle then the answer is no, it isnt. And I notice one particular vehicle that keeps showing up to these cruises and nothing personal dude but an NA Subaru Wagon is NOT a performance vehicle. Most people know what I like in a cruise and this hasnt changed, will be a lot of multi lane roads and some nice long stretches. Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure everyone can have a safe and enjoyable cruising experience. * Always keep left unless overtaking or coming up to a right turn * Do not tailgate * Do not make erratic lane changes, change lanes without indicating first or swerve dangerously across lanes * Keep noise at meetpoints to a minimum, we dont want to hear your fully sick stereo. Please also refrain from sounding your horn, revving the engine or doing burnouts at meetpoints. * Please respect all fellow road users from joe public to those on the cruise. Always drive in a safe and controlled manner. If we come apon the Police show them respect and they will usually return the favour. If everyone follows these guidelines we can all have a good night. Granted I have no authority over anyone and this is just a guide that I hope you choose to follow. Those acting like tards may be asked to leave or reported to Police. Please make sure you arrive with a full tank and a UHF radio is handy as well. Cruise details will be posted later today once the map is finalised so stay tuned. Cheers. I think a Chrysler was doing mid 8`sec down the 1/4 but ended up blowing a turbo i think (blew something anyway). After trying to get faster time.

Mine also does the same after install of PFC. I did mention it to hyper drive since they did the install and tuning, they said no probs we will check it out when its in next. Well car goes in on the 12 Dec so i will post back what we found the problem to be. He did mention that perhaps when we change to the Z32 AFM it will dissapear or perhaps the new piping they made up to the AFM could be a tab too close to the turbo could also cause it. Like most things can be this or that so i wait on the result next week when i get car back. But it looks like a common fault with PFC i guess since a few of us have encounted the same problem after install. Cheers.

Yeah i know how you feel it`s sort of why i started this thread in first place to see if i was the only one or if its common problem with them. Does feel better to get it out of ure mind and onto the screen... If i ever won lotto i would do just that buy and keep stock here with a little more extra that has not taken on over here yet.

Is anyone else having or had problems getting parts sent from Nengun Performance Parts. The order i placed was confirmed on 15th October but they only sent my clutch. Nengun said i placed a big order so they would send clutch first. Which i have received on 22nd October. As for the rest of my order all they say is parts will be sent in next few days and then weeks later still no result. I have been waiting 48 days already since placement of order!!!! They have given me no explanation at all as to the delay. Is this a common thing with them? Looks like this will be my last order i place with Nengun will use Greenline for further orders.
