i think ive seen them on ebay, if you type "gtr" on the search im sure you come across them from memory they are fairly cheap.

Hi, just after some advice on parts required to rebuild a strong rb26. My brother is in his third year apprentice and has just started work in a reputable workshop. So in order to help him learn more and also to benifit me so i dont have to pay for labour, i was thinking of getting him to rebuild my engine. since i have no clue about engines, i was just wondering if anyone could list for me some aproppriate parts for a solid reliable engine eg....forged pistons, oil pump, cams watever. im not after max power, just a strong reliable and new engine that can produce decent power without a shit load of boost currently i have 250 rwkw and would be happy with 300-350kw. also if you could list the prices of items too... cheers

ive done a search but most people had problems with speedo NOT working. just recently, usually for about 5 mins, my speedo just increases dramatically, it does not stop or decrease but just keeps going as i accelerate. So when i am doing 60kmph my dash is reading 100-120 kmph but after a while it returns back to normal... I have an RSM which reads fine. I have had the rsm for the last 5 months and have not had a problem. I hope it's not the dash cause I just sold off a perfectly good Nizmo 240kmph dash like about 1 month ago..speewwing anyone had this promlem??

what sought of cooler do you have, cause im wanting to do the complete opposite to you i like the silver look................

i rang nissan for one about a year ago, and for the r32gtr lip it was like 500 bucks. if you did find a secind hand one cheap and modify it, the overall look in what your after may not be the same.. i would probably try to find a second hand gtr front bar. ( might give it a more aggressive look ), and if your lucky you can find one that has the original lip in plastic.......... If all else fails, i know jetspeed ( in clayton) do a gtr front bar to fit a gtst but it fibreglass and its one peice....... oh, some guy here on the forum was selling an r34 one for like 300 or something, not too long ago.

so on stock injectors, what sought of power levels (rwkw) would you not go past. for in stance, would you be maxing out at 270,280rwkw??

if it was you that flashed me as you turned off and saw me stick my arm up out of the window then its was me. its RB26T....no D unless theres another one around with RB26DT cause RBPOWA says he sees it all the time???? im glad you didnt decide to get beside me cause i had my mum in the car...how embarressment!!! she wants to learn how to drive a manual so you might see an old asian lady on the streets in a black32 soon!!!

just wondering if anyine knows if theres a differance ( apart from age ) between the stock r32 gtr turbos and the r34gtr turbos reason being im considering wether it is worthwhile to change my 32 turbos for a newer 34 turbos as im worried mine might go anytime. im not after huge power but would like to safely boost at about 15-16psi thought it might be a cheaper option than upgrading to -7's cheers

might be a bit irrelevant, and sorry if it is BUT, whats the difference between a genuine on and a copy, it's really hard to tell with t uder the wing, and for the sake of a visual enhancement, does it really matter. unless the fitment is different??? I have one on mine and never really asked myself if it is a genuine one or copy, so just curios relly, sorry, gotta stop writing silly threads when i have had a bit to drink.

if you hold it at crown, I can help out with the A/V side of things,,,,,,, only problem is my company charges a lot for equipment hire and the palladium is not the cheapest room to hire. thats if im still here next year.....

ITEM: R32 headlights, with permanently installed projector housing to fit HID lights HI/LOW beam CONDITION: good PRICE: $180 REASON FOR SALE: They were too bright for my liking. I have reverted back to original globes COOMENTS: * the HID's have a HI and LOW beam globe. * The housing has been permanently installed so, you CANNOT revert back to original globes * ( was told from previous owner of the car that the housing were from a honda euro ) * please get someone who knows what they are doing to install ( as you can see from the pics there is a fair bit of wiring to hook it up. my brother removed it for me cause he knows a bit about electrics so I suggest if you buy this then you get someone that knows too. ) * HI and LOW beams were working fine when removed CONTACT: reply to post, PM, or better still call 0403474329...............

powerfc SHOULD jump it by about 20-30 rwkw I bought mine comletly stock and added a catback exhaust. Got it dynoed and it got 189 rwkw. Eventually added front pipes, powerfc and cam gears and dynoed at 250rwkw @ 13psi. (on a not too aggressive tune too ) I gotta add, my car did come fitted with a high flow cat.

cool thanks for the replies. Power gains is not really what im after, more so a stronger sound without it sounding ridiculously loud i'm still undecided what to do but as gotRICE said i would be reluctant to destroy anything nismo
