I recently swopped this for my drift car with the intention of selling it straight away. Since taking ownership i have been fixing little niggly problems and replacing broken and missing bits. It has been re-sprayed in a factory mazda 3 burgundy metallic colour. The motor is stock, stock boost, has new drift pod filter, clutch feels good, gearbox is good. It has Tein suspension with pillow tops, hard riding- comes with standard suspension. wheels are 18", unsure of widths and offsets, fronts rub a little on inner guards when turning sharp sometimes, tyres all 60%. It has a cat back exhaust with cannon muffler, typical skyline note. Sports steering wheel fitted-flat bottom type, boost guage in cup mounted to 'a' pillar trim, , nismo gear knob, new gear stick boot and hand brake boot, centre console lid latch is _NOT_ broken, kenwood head unit, full set of factory skyline mats, has alarm with remote locking. regoed to september '09 I have just put new brake pads in front. There is no lube sticker on car but the oil is very clean and filter looks new so presume previous owner had it serviced recently. Also engine bay is extremely clean, uncommon for these cars. What part of NZ are you in? would be worth jumping on nissan silvia nz forum to ask/source your gear I will give you a bit of a list as i have done mine in last 6 months. I presume it has the foot brake instead of hand brake? handbrake and cables Gear stick boot and centre consol clutch pedal box, pedal, clutch master and slave + lines - i used r33 gear here but i had to moddify the pedal box to fit. front half of tail shaft I cut the brake pedal down as its huge for autos. not sure what you plan on doing for wiring but you will need to bridge the inhiditor plug for auto, its located in a bunch of plugs by battery. I havn't stated what motor box bits you need as this should all come as manual package. theres probally more but theres a start.

I imported this from japan thru a wrecker, it was a drivable car, they had to remove the motor and trans to allow importation. was rb20e and auto. chassi has done 92000kms, i have had it dynoed twice since completing it and have used it at one practice day, getting over the whole car thing. The rb25de i sourced was fitted to a torana and come with bellhousing to suit toyota and the haltech - that was still in box. I fitted twin turbos, manifolds and all supporting oil water lines from r32 gtr which had had r33 turbos fitted, i modded the manifolds to allow fitment to rb25 head. I fitted rb26 injectors and moddified in let plenum to forward facing item, also utilising velocity stacks on runners. It has toyota w58 box with custom 1 piece tail shaft. Welded diff. I had issues with valve float on dyno first time round, so i sourced a full set of rb26 valve springs from performance springs( which are 30% heavy seat pressure that standard rb26) and fitted these, fixed problem. I also had clutch slipping issues with brass button clutch that came with motor so this has just been replaced with extreme motorsport item, rated to 300rwkw. short description, will list all items fitted. power = 228rwkr@14psi. If any issues arise with rb25 short block it is very simple to add rb30 under head and associated hardware to make a rb30dett. This was my long term plan. The body of laurel is overall good, no rust. I have ordered a set of valve springs from performance springs to suit rb26, there springs are rated 45% higher seat pressures than standard so this will be ample. They cost $279.50 delivered, which i think is very reasonable. As long as they don't coil bind they should be good.

I am sure it is stated somwhere on this site. I have spent a few nights now using the search function, have found a couple of people claiming rb26 and rb20 springs fit and give me a higher spring seating pressure - but don't know about binding when fully open?. What i want is confirmation of somone using these before i go and order these from an interstate company. The interstate company cannot match up with my rb25de springs to forefull my requirments. Any help appreciated.
