you mean like a guarrantor loan? yeh i think some financial institutions have them.... Don't know much about them as i don't do them. You could have a look at a joint loan if your parents are willing to be a joint applicant, however this may not always help if they have a large home loan, credit card so on and so forth. So you kinda gotta decide whether you are better off alone or with them on the application.

So some banks will be easier to get finance with than others. but 90% of the time your own bank would be your best bet... as long as wot melski said you manage all your accounts porperly. i got a 18k unsec loan with anz wen i was 18.... now work at bankwest so jsut refinanced... gd old 9% staff rates ahahahaa

I work for bankwest Personal Loan lender, strange u got knocked back mate, doesnt make a dif to us whether its an import or not. And yeh because of current global credit problems all banks have raised their risk intake levels

Hi guys, Not very technically minded so i will try and explain this the best i can. My shifter feels like its really loose even when in gear, seems to be able to move at least 2 cm either side. Every now and then it appears to pop out and go into this "mysterious" space where there are no gears, have to fiddle with it for like a minute and then randomly it pops back in.This is weird because i pulled it out and fit it again its defenatly as far in the slot as it can go. Tonyte whilst going 4 a bit of a spin it did it again except this time it refused to go back into the gears :S. Then after like 10 mins of stressn it poped back in :S... Basically i want to kno is my gbox fcukd? Or is there something i can do?

I said yes even before i read your thread mate hahahaha but after reading i still say yes, if that wot u want then go for it. What i would be checking when u refinance is what the interest rate is. Working at a bank i can tell you it would generally move to current interest rates which are full of shit at the moment. Dw about the financial crisis (won't affect a personal loan) or whatever as long as your stable at your job and the loan is a fixed interest rate. Check early payout fees and things like that as well... If after calculating the extra cost (being able to afford it) and its what you want to do then forget about everyone elses opinion.
