I have been running my car without the restrictor, which means 1 bar, for about the last month. They are the stock GTR turbos. Nothing has stuffed up yet. I don't really thrash my car alot. So are my turbos in alot of danger of going soon and all of a sudden??? or will i notice something first???

I might stop by before i head out. I got nothing else to do before i go out. I'll probably be there around 9:30.

LOL..... NOOOOO WAY it was 300 cars. More like 100 max. No there were no cops either. Me and a few friends stayed cause we new there wasn't. Then we got everyone to go to the other street but the cops came there. I can't make it out this weekend though. NOOOO. I always go. Won't be out next weekend either. It's always funny when the cops come and they pull over the crappy pulsars or rollas when 6 imports just cained past them with their BOV's.

Hey there was 1 32 GTR that wasn't with use. But it was me . It was heaps weird when i rocked up cause i noticed there were 2 32's right next to me when i parked. Usually there aren't that many skylines out these days. Well maybe at KK's but not at the woolies servo.

My car seems to idle very high aswell. Like most of you it's at 1600rpm. Is it gonna hurt anything, apart from fuel economy, if it stays like this though????

GTR is awesome but the only problem was that the online play wasn't as good as lfs has. Thats the main reason i stopped plying it. Number 2 is meant to be coming out. I hope that has better online play and then i'll play it.

Dam that is quite. I don't think mine is over cause mine is quite aswell. Maybe it's the second quiteset skyline.

Mine came undone today. Was driving home from uni and heard a noise that sounded like something was rubbing against the guards or something. Took me half the way home to find out it was the undertray. Just put some wire to hold it up for now. probably fix it on the weekend. Those undertrays look heaps nice from ebay. How much are they???

I stand corrected. I was thinking about the current which doesn't really matter in this case. Funny that because i did a whole yearly subject on op-amps and did soooo many equations with them and actually designed one at uni. Well thats what happens when you don't look over things for a year. Almost 2 years since someone posted in this thread but does anyone still play this game. It's about the only game i play on my pc anymore. S2 is awesome and the new f1 car is heaps mad. One of the only games that i was willing to pay for because it's worth it.

I bought a second hand twin plate oz giken clutch and the mechanic i went to just compared it to another one he had there with half decent plates on it. If there is another decent plate you can compare it to with some vernier calipers go for it, otherwise just make sure it's not paper thin. If i remember correctly, put the thiner plates furthest away from the flywheel to make it last as long as possible. edit: beaten dam it!!

Yeah it's not actually signal lose your right but it is half the power. So the waveform going in is actually half the size of the non split one.

$30k if in reasonable condition.

I actually bought a tower which is better in every way bar the video brand new for $450 from www.zipcomputers.com.au It's the budget box. With monitor and your vid card you would probably be able to sell it for a bit more if your lucky or around that price. Good luck!!

In my car when i put the clutch in i hear it and when it's out it's gone. A friend told me it was the thrust bearing. I have no idea if it's true but so far it hasn't affected anything. My friend said he has had that for 8 months and nothing has gone wrong. It does sound a bit wierd though.

Yeah if the passthrough is there use it. It's easily the best option. In my car i had to use a splitter for the sub output because i accidently stuffed up one of the rca outputs by running 12v through it and for some reason i hear a thumping everytime i turn car on/off or change tracks or radio stations. Very annoying. Well when i split it, the amp needed to be turned up alot more, but it could handle it. A cheap splitter is around $1 from jaycar so not very expensive.

Splitters will actually half the pre out signal strength aswell won't they?? Meaning you need to turn your amp up more.

This is probably my fav club aswell. It has the best music in syd if you love your hard trance. Better than subbies for music imo. There are also a fair bit of old asian men aswell. It funny watching the 50 year old asian guys trying to dance.
