  12. Jeremy,,,who was running the day,,,I would have come if I knew and quite frankly I like it done that way so you know whats what. It's all safety stuff in the end. Don't seal the boot area off,,,just re-locate the fuel surge tank under the car. Go with Brads idea of putting it on the drivers front,,,that way you have no oil or hoses anywhere near your turbo or manifold. If room is tight and you still have your windscreen bottle in the corner,,,think about moving it into the boot area. Cheers Neil.

  14. Two other ways of shedding some weight would be 1/ Swap out the factory tail shaft and get a one piece unit made = -3 to -6 kilos lighter. This is both good and a little bad,,,the good is no more centre bearing,,,the bad is you would have to add a tail shaft loop at the front = + 1 to +2 kilos heavier. 2/ Are you running the factory flywheel,,,if not there are some great weight lose if you were to change to a much lighter race one. I'll weigh both my flywheels when I swap them and post the difference. What ever you do with the door windows,,,make sure you can wind them up,,,E/Creek can get pretty bloody wet at times.   17. Cheryl got her 1st shake down today and apart from a small issue with rear ride height,,,she did herself very proud. Turn in was beautiful,,,brakes were sensational and Duncan and I had a bloody ball. His old racecar Federal FZ201 were fantastic. Cheers Neil.

  21. Thanks Charles that would be very cool,,,even just for the look see. Sorry mate I have no side skirts and my lip is M spec not Nismo. I'm a firm beleiver that if a part is listed for fitment as an accessory or option by the manufacturer or it's race arm then it should be allowed to be used. Unfortunately I think CAMS see it differently. Brad,,,I weigh 72 kilo's so please no setting up for Larger Gents and Cheryl has had no real weight reduction yet,,,she still has her intrusion bars. I asked in the mod section why we couldn't have our race cars in the motorsport section,,,but R31Nismoid,,,Col-GTSX and N1GTR thought not,,,so that was that. Three experts no doubt.   24. Just wondering if any of you guy's have a CAMS tarmac rally log book yet and if you do what category did you apply for. I'm thinking I should go with 3CRCO (Rally Car Other) but would love to know what others have done. Cheers Neil.
