  1. Correct Duncan my new wheel is not round,,,did you what to drift Cheryl???. No actual work on the car this weekend,,,Nice to have a rest,,,lots of researching work done though. I can tell anybody that wants to know that buying roll cage foam out of the States at a good price isn't going to happen. Unless you want it sea freight(12 to 16 weeks). This was looking great,,,till we had a talk about shipping. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170568669191&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT I've decided on an ECU for the moment,,,we are going power fc Cheers Neil.

  3. Hey Noy,,,can you supply flat sheet carbonfibre???. Cheers Neil.
  4. Summer is now upon us and working in stinking heat sucks,,,so this year I'm going to forsake this joke and buy an air-cond unit for the garage. Cheers Neil.
  5. The mail man's been getting a work out lately and so has ebay. I paid $271 landed saving $108 bucks. Roll cage foam here I come. Pity seats are so bloody expensive to ship,,,looks like they will be a local buy. Cheers Neil.
  6. Interesting Duncan,,,seems you have decided to be the guinea-pig,,,thanks mate,,,I thought I was up for that. I don't see an aerial tiger,,,is that extra,,,I only ask because I remember something about tuning the cb to the aerial(SWRing it in or something). Do you know if the in car cb is a single din fit and you have to assume it actually doesn't come with the handheld mic,,,what the hell would we do with that?. I read somewhere about have a licence to use one and that you get access to more chanels if you do,,,pay-tv all over again tiger. Cheers Neil.
  7. Thanks mate,,,I'll ring them tomorrow. Cheers Neil.
  8. But it might be what I would like,,,I just need to find out what size a standard R33 GTS-T exhaust is,,,and get back to you. Cheers Neil.
  9. Ryan,,,their shop is like 5-10 minutes away from where I live,,,so if you need me to go and have a look for you thats cool. Just ask mate. Cheers Neil.
  10. When's the auditions start for the grid girls mate,,,I'm Sure you will need my help with that. Cheers Neil.
  11. Got them from uk ebay mate,,,heres the link,,,he is not the only shop,,,there were a few,,,but I've used him before,,,I've bought stuff for the Radical off him. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...e=STRK:MEWNX:IT Yea bonnets are a bloody pain,,,I only just missed out on a slightly damaged Carbon Fibre one from Just Jap,,,Duncan sent me this joint,,,very ricey place,,,but it might be worth a look for you. I'll keep my ear out to the ground for you,,,you need a S1 don't you?. http://www.carmate.com.au/ Cheers Neil.
  12. Received this today out of the UK very cheap. I need to find a cheaper than a $1000 Carbon Fibre bonnet with no ricey vents,,,maybe a cheap S2 factory or a fibreglass bonnet. It will be painted so if anybody has one thats needs some work I'm your man. Cheers Neil.
  13. We had a little bit of fun with the left overs of the dry ice,,,into my very dirty swimming pool. Cheers Neil.
  14. "Looks very familiar I remember that bit o too well. Knowing how much there is in the r33 you guys have done well, I used either tirps or metho I can't remember with a rag to clean up the scumy bits." Ryan,,,yea that was funny,,,heaps more in a 33,,,wonder whats in a 34. I started using brake cleaner and thinners but Duncan was getting off on it so I had to stop. "today was an absolute flamin mongrel of a day. we removed 1kg/hr each. better be f**king worth it" Get over it bitch,,,you loved every moment,,,and yes you were right,,,my body is still hurting. Worth it,,,deep down you love RWD's. "lol any dry ice burns on your arse those hurt 3 days later" No burny bums Pete,,,you are not actually surposed to sit on it you know. "Now you just need to paint it all in there to make it look nice and pretty!" Yes Matt trust me it will be beautiful. White,,,White and All White,,,KH6 from memory. Can't do much till Brad finishes his handy work. "I did the GTiR with a hammer and chisel, took half a day but being an RB model it had bugger all of the shit! I got another GTR you can strip out Neil. Will you be ready for Thursday still? I have a new brobo cold cutting saw and a real nice linisher in trying to find time to use!". Brad ,,,you animal,,,a hammer and chisel,,,half a day hey,,,Cheryl will beat your lack of 2 cylinder pulsar in the looks dept. Yes Duncan and I can do your GTR,,,but you may not like the price buddy we don't come cheap,,,lets see 12 hours x $120 bucks an hour works out to be $1440. I'll ring you tomorrow about thursday. "if you are interested neil I have a mate getting a batch of about 50 heated fronts screens make up in the UK. can do any car they have a pattern for and I'm pretty sure R33 is on there. about $500. it's also lighter than stock and is DOT/E marked therefore road legal and means no more heater needed". Richard YES I am very interested,,,In fact I'll put my hand up for 1 x r33 and 2 x R32's. Do you have an idea of when they would be available?. Cheers Neil.
  15. It's all yours mate,,,send me a pm or give me a ring. Cheers Neil.
  16. Massive Sunday afternoon sale. Absolute once in a life time item is up for grabs,,,,don't pussyfooting around people,,,this will go out the door quicker than an 800 kilowasp GTR. No other Skyline in the world has exactly the same as what I have on offer here right NOW. Pick up only,,,,1st person to my door gets it. It's all packaged up and ready to go. Make me an offer,,,trust me it will not be refused. Cheers Neil
  17. That's is such a cool little car,,,I love it. If we ever need a daily the cube will be it. How does HGE-LOV sound,,,or HGE-14C,,,or HGE-ley. Cheers Neil.
  18. Well that was a hot hard working day,,,gotta say I'm not a 7.30am Saturday guy,,,I usually have a late Friday night and sleep in till at least 10,,,not today,,,had to clean all the stuff around the car so we could work,,,buy some gloves and dry ice. All went well till the guy tried to give me 3 x 5 kilo blocks,,,no,,,no,,,no tiger we ordered pellets,,,oh theses are great just sit them on top and they will work perfectly. Kiss my arse pal,,,in the end we got 20 kilo's of pellets for I think $140 bucks,,,.15 kilo's would have been just enough but I've been down this road before and having some extra to clean up the harder bits is a god send. Duncan turned up at 10.30 but I being the in-patient prick I am I had already started. Sorry for no real before and after pics but it was bloody hot and I needed to get as much insulation out of the car as quickly as possible. If you ever do this please buy the dry ice,,,using a heat gun and scrapper is a 3 weekend bastard of a job. Been there do that. After removing almost all of the deadening it's onto using a wire wheel and I still have some work to do,,,mainly cleaning up and removing lots of seam sealer. These R33's are a luxury coupe boat for a reason,,,heaps of insulation AND it's thick,,,some places it's 4mm thick and some of the stuff Nissan use the dry ice doesn't do a thing. Heres some pics I did take though Boot area,,,didn't vacuum it afterwards,,, but it's sweet. Local boot area clean up shows just how cold this stuff is Here we have my fellow Team Raceworx driver/pit crew/track bitch Duncan,,,hard at work,,,check out the work ethic,,,the mans into it. This is basically what we ended up with,,,pretty bloody cool in my opinion. As usual,,,Mel looked after us,,,Hamburgers and chips for lunch,,,I love my Wifey. How much weight did 2 guy's remove in 6 hours of hard bloody work you ask and let me tell you theres about 1/2 a kilo still on the floor. That enough for now,,,Handles is by now drinking wine and I'm going to smash some beers fatz style. Cheers Neil.
  19. Mate,,, I don't think you are ever going to get "excellent condition" but my stuff will come bloody close. I have left/right/boot floor and the lower beaver trim. I have the battery cover trim but I've backed it with thin board to make it last,,,it has a small square hole in it where I've had a BMW tool kit fitted. Give me a ring on 0419160561 if you like. Here's some pics (not the battery trim) but you really need to see all the trims in real life. I even have the boot lid trim if you need it. Cheers Neil
  20. I've got these for $50.00 if you are interested in basic factory stuff. Work perfectly. Cheers Neil.
  21. Here's some more stuff up for grabs,,,I'm always up for negotition,,,just ask. Spare wheel,,,never used $50.00 Roof Lining $50.00 Carpet $50.00 Rear wiper Complete with motor $10.00 Front and Rear sway bars $20.00 for both. Cheers Neil.
  22. Thanks mate your a champion and if thats what you all got then I didn't. I was hoping to come home today and have a reponse to my email but alas I don't. Cheers Neil.
  23. Actually torque wrenching wheel nut for me is quite funny,,,I only actually torque Duncan's up to appease him,,,I'm that bloody good I can do them up to 110 newtons with just a breaker bar. Test me one day,,,you will be shocked. Maybe in hindsight I should have tighten his wheels nuts at targa years ago and he wouldn't have lost the left front wheel. But I digress,,,the 'Snap On" left handed drill/extractor kit is the ducks guts. I pin punched the 1st bolt and started drilling,,,it came out before ever breaking the surface. The 2nd bolt took a little longer and no need for the extractor. This is indeed a cool tool. Cheers Neil.
  24. Thanks heaps mate for the pics and explanation,,,will come in very handy,,,but for the life of me I still can't work out why someone went to so much trouble. Heres pics of what Duncan removed. Cheers Neil.
