The rb30 swap was never ever going to happen. We have over the years enough wins and podiums to suit me fine. Cheryl will be used for club stuff and the odd Morgan Park sprints. I know we all love big power numbers, but they don't translate to quick times, I have enough trouble with wheel spin as it is or was. Car pics, bloody hell I rolled her out the other day for a wash (with tank water as we are on level 5 water restrictions) and that's all she's got since we moved up here. Shed pics, really?, does anybody actually care how I design my shed. Kel's right no Tamworth state round but they are talking about running a club round instead.

Thanks Charles, we are very happy living up here. Hope all is well with you guys. Later on in the year Cheryl will get some much loving.

Wow, it's been 2 years since any posts, lots has changed in our lives, we no longer live in Sydney as we decided to get out and move to the country. No more working out of a dirty damp 5 x 5 crap enclosed carport that leaked like a sieve with 2 cars in it. We now have a 7 x 9 proper shed with a 2 car garage as well so I now have race car room for the 1st time in my life. The shed also has some roof space so I have been building the new shed to suit my needs and wants, mezzanine floor, dedicated spots for the girls and lower storage and machining area. That in self is a massive job for an old fart, I have so many parts I really needed room to store everything and trust me it's ongoing. The replacement engine is now built, just need to pick it up out of Sydney, shit that means we have to go back there again. I have been very controlled with what I wanted for Cheryl, nothing crazy, I'm still running the factory exhaust manifold and high flowed turbo setup.

Duncan's Race Car - The Most Overdue Build Thread On Sau
Neil replied to Duncan's topic in Motorsport Builds
Great to see the updates Mr Handley. You will be pleased to know I have a new apprentice whom may well be a good candidate for pit crew, he's currently building an s13/rb20 little girl. I'm like the god father, he just loves the short cuts and our amazing tools. Me thinks you should buy some rubber mating and get off the cold cement. -
Doesn't really matter, as he's not responding. Cheers Neil
-
I definitely have a pair, actually I have 2 pair, I can't remember if series1 and 2 are the same. I bought an engine and I have no idea which it is and I have a pair from my s2. If it doesn't matter then you are sweet. Chuck me a message and we can go from there. Cheers Neil.

Great to see you are making progress buddy, pity your 3.5 hours away or I would help. Post some pics of her painted please. Funny enough, I had a shit day at work and thought I would read your whole thread, cheered me up, thanks. Cheers -
Here we go again, this bloke has the bar up for 3 days at a time https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w195232427 I'm up for it, a quick conversion is $125 buck plus freight, can you get it for me. Cheers Neil

Here's another one, https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/h316255778 開始日時 :2018.08.24(金)23:37 Is this the start date of the auction? 終了日時 :2018.08.27(月)21:37 Is this the end date to the auction? Cheers Neil.

Hey Alex, this bar looks like what I'm after, https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w195232427 I'm new to all this, what do we do next?. Cheers Neil.
-
Hey Aaron, thanks for reading about her. Yes I still run power steering, all we did from memory is remove all the rear steer wiring and everything worked properly. Cheers Neil.

I would be interested in a factory M front bar for my 1996 R33 GTS-T S2. I don't care about colour, just as long as it's in good condition. Cheers Neil.

Wow Philip needs a good slap around the head, what a dickhead. As I said above,,, the towing vehicle is the one that has to be in control,,, cross winds and trucks make for un-controlled lane changing in a sedan or wagon. Been there,,, never again. Great to hear Fatz, the Patrol is also doing great.

Here's what I use. Just Jap boss kit and a alcantara wheel. The problem with a deep dish wheel and a coupling is the column stalks are way far away
-
Seriously you should be looking for something that has a real 3500kg towing capacity. The really important thing is to make very sure that the tow vehicle is the one dictating what is happening, not the other way around. Very few towers weigh their stuff, me included, as we think we are fine. But in the not to distant future the road authorities and the police will be doing road side weighing and that could be a real problem for some of us. I know the Vics have been trialing it with some scary results. Cheers Neil.

Buggered if I'm playing favourites buddy. Cheryl's new engine has actually passed the thinking stage,,, 1st up is a massive head job,,,followed by re-profiled rb26 cams to suit hydraulic lifters. Cheers Neil.

Cheryl finally called it a day at the Nulon Nats. After all her state hillclimb championship class wins she decided enough was enough. Poor girl seeing 9000 grand all the time, I actually feel sorry for her.

The exhaust sounds absolutely fantastic,,, please leave it alone. I'm starting to love this big beast,,, might have to look at one when the Patrol has had enough. Cheers Neil. -

Seriously a Jeep,,, those things are so gay. I would be embarrassed even letting anybody know I paid good money to own one. Unreliable, ugly, crap service, parts are expensive and un-obtainable, all round piece of shit in everybodies books. Drive one into my Mechanics workshop and he'll tell you to do a U-turn and get out. Cheers Neil. -

Sorry for the crappy shot, but here's a comparison of Patrol v's Titan,,, she's a big girl. I might add a fantastic big girl. Cheers Neil. -
She is actually up for sale if anybody is interested. I haven't actually put anything together about the sale yet, but I will in the coming weeks. If you are wondering what pricing I would be happy with, start thinking just north of $20 grand for absolutely everything I own relating to her. That means a shit load of spares, wheels, tyres, body panels, engine parts just to scratch the surface. Feel free to ring me on 0419160561. If you have a private number I won't answer it, just leave me a message with your number and I'll ring you back. Cheers Neil.

Cheryl has now been semi retired, most of my focus is on the Radical. I have two planned events for the old girl though so she's not getting off being thrashed again. Saturday night at Bathurst is the official NSW Hillclimb awards night from the past year and Cheryl got this,

Thanks Nathan, much appreciated. Cheers Neil.

So at this point, Ill offer you $25000. Mind you that is with out seeing the car. We would have to pay air fares and hire car fees to just have a look and then pay transport cost to get it to Sydney if the sale goes through. I'm game,,,are you serious???. Cheers Neil.

Could I please get a check on this GTR, BNR32006568. Cheers Neil.
