  1. Turbo arrived today booked in on the 5th to get it fitted + re tuned on 21psi here are a few pics

  3. I thought the car was already tuned? the r33 that got tuned last week with .5 front .82 rear 3582 chra, didnt make peak power until somewhere around 185-193kmph mark this one with .7 front .82 rear makes its power 55kmph sooner? be good to see a few other dyno sheets with rpm boost afr

  10. i use stock manifold with a spacer plate and gate welded off exhaust housing sounds like a plan scott ill be goin that way when i get $ to do it
  11. well after talking to a few ppl about these manifolds and the drama's they cause, im going to keep the factory rb25 manifold for now, until later in the year when i can afford a ETM manifold which would be perfect ill just run the 50mm gate off the .82 turbine, hopefully that will hold 21psi perfect for the dyno and achieve me 300kw harey i might have cracked the 300kw at wheels but my power delivery was horrible, not to mention the boost drop between gears and the lagg. like stao said it could have been the kkr housing, but i was so over trying dif combo's i wanted to bolt on a proven turbo and be done with it. id love 300kw full noise and torquey mid range at 4000-4300rpm its booked in on 5th march 2 be finished tuned and complete
  12. wont the stock manifold fall over top end around the 300kw mark? with that 3582 it felt ok top end but thats alot bigger turbo? i really dont know, id love a etm manifold.. maybe thats what i should save for? also im going to have to cut into exh housing to run ext gate.
  13. hey guys will be recieving my gt3076r .6 front .82 exh next week what im wondering is should i go and highmount it with just a cheap ebay manifold or keep it low mounted? am i going to gain anything besides look/exh note. who has had exp with these and what should i look out for? or should i just keep stock manifold and throw my ext gate off the .82 turbine? i wanna hit 300kw with this turbo
  14. stenve it has no bov return but for the price of about $10 any place could weld u on a piece of stainless tube to fit your bov return. yes i have photos but my pc wont turn on, im ont a friends atm, if u leave me ur mobile number i can mms u the pictures go nuts

  16. nice work rad32 so they let u swap it back for the proper 3076r? so can the 3076r pull 300rwkw on a stock rb25?
  17. well its all been sorted not gettin another turbo now, im gettin a gt3076r from garrett themselves.
  18. He is saying the 7blade wheel brings it on sooner compared to the 6blade wheel? nah i dont get my anti surged cover back GRRRRRRR nice waste of $200 extra i paid for it.
  19. hey im meant to be gettin built a 3076 chra with .7 front cover .84 turbine and a 7blade compressor wheel 58trim? does this sound right or ?
  20. custom 3" polished stainless steel intake pipe to fit either stock turbo or after market also comes with 3" large blue drift air filter and has a tube welded onto it for your factory oil breather to bolt onto. Im after $100 will post australia wide at buyers expense. 0434589274

  22. yeah i know this but hi mount setups look sexy haha and give that really nice growl so once this is done no more fiddling time 2 leave it as it is and go from there
  23. thanks for the info paul. i pulled the turbo back off thursday morning and sent it back to hypergear, then we are going from there im pulling the stock manifold off the car this time and running a hi mount setup with larger dumpipe, still going to use 50mm external gate setup off the manifold, should be able to run a larger dumpipe and i will also look into gettin something other then a stock gutted cat. once this is all done which should be in the next week or 2 it will hit the rollers again and see how we go
  24. full custom 3" system with gutted cat completey hollow with a 3" inlet xforce canon.. i dont see how this can restrict it enough to drop the boost down between changes and cause lagg? it makes the numbers just takes 6000rpm 2 get there
  25. i doubt the exhaust was a restriction.
