walbro pump will do your job fine. dont bother changing it. im making 250rwkw comfortable. got 3 mates cars all with same pump running 300rwkw fine.

No u cant use that bleed bolt as return line (even though its close and would be much easier), your coolant for the turbo wont circulate thru the system and you will eventually cook the turbo my mate learnt this the hard way after killing 2 GT35r turbos, you need to run it from around the other side of the block necause that line picks up coolant thats already been circulated thru the block/radiator etc hope it makes sense lol just dont do it ok.

just a mate of mine shaves them etc puts new caps on and away you go.. actually 16l/100 isnt right id say around 18-20l/100 round town, but my tuner tunes save, my motor is stock as a rock and runs 19psi daily but u will never get good fuel eco around town, on highway its 10l/100 which is good if u want urs done just PM me and i can organise it 4 you. like i said ive had mine done 2yrs no dramas, raced at willowbank other week test n tune flat 13 @ 114mph even done 8 runs in a row haha then clutch didnt like it..

mine are highflowed, have been for 2yrs now, done 30,000kms or more, makes 250kw and only cost me $120 to highflow them....and they are around the 800cc mark, do 16ltr/100 round town and 10ltr/100 on highway running a link.. cant complain anyway.

Yeah mine would go up and down with revs as pulley went faster etc, made hardly any noise on idle only tiny bit, yeh ended up pulling belt off and could hardly spin the pulley was nearly siezed up.

sure its not a bearing f*ked on one of your pulleys? i had it happen thought my turbo bearings died, ended up being my aircon pulley bearing completey gone and howled whinged like a bitch.

boost solenoid? variable cam timing kicking back in? i know alot of stock skylines with usual mods u can feel them pull extra hard at 5800-6000 to redline i always thought it was the variable cam timing kicking back in?

lol it was an awsome day, until gates opened to public then got boring and line ups suck, was my first time at wb track 2... wot can i say the track is very well prepped and sticky i think i got 12 runs in or something even done 8 runs in a row round n round we go consistent 114mph lol best time 13.1 @ 114mph then clutch started slipping the more i wanted 2 launch with hand break also gbox nearly impossible 2 shift into 3/4th gears now since my syncro clips have fallen out lol.. ohwell 12s next time wen i got new box/clutch and 35r haha
