lol ok... bloody my mates got the new g4 link and same setup as me cept standard inlet manifold etc and it pulls so much better grr lol swear it has torque and mine doesnt lol and he runs 17psi and im up around 19/20psi

should be good fun me and a mate are both coming from bundy lol both running similar crappy kkr setups but should still go alrite i guess lol

yes kkr480 on his rb25,feels really nice 2 different compared to mine he is around 240-250rwkw and pulls nice on 17psi

yes holding boost is there bad factor aswell as being very laggy and not making that good of power.. best bet is to run a 50mm external gate straight off the scroll then u wont have any dramas there a cheap turbo for 250rwkw though but id go a gt35r or gt30 anyday over it if i had the chance again lol

only place that sell genuine kkr turbo's is otomoto all them ebay stores are ripoff's which = junk that will fall apart/break in first few weeks/months

simon is correct lol shame on you i own a kkr480 have for over a yr n half now runs 20psi daily and done over 25,000kms but if ur not after lagg then i wouldnt get one i dont see 20psi until around 4500rpm or bit later and they are only good for around 240-250rwkw which isnt much power at all.... sell it and get a decent turbo! cause ur only gonna run into more troubles there biggest one wastegate issues.

Yes still for sale, had alot of interest but no money come forward yet. reason is car was at mechanic's was sitting for 2 weeks waiting for special ordered o rings from hi octane which got lost in mail so decided not to use them and just hi flowed the stocks ones thru one of my mates had car goin that day and got tuned. thanx.

Used Sard 600cc side feed injectors ( yellow top ) stock rb25 fuel rail blue spacer things complete injector loom with sard plugs stock rb25 fuel reg on the rail full o ring set new chasing $500 posted. pm pics i can get 2morrow if u really need some cheers

I know someone who has a gt42r he had huge problems controlling boost with his turbosmart 48 gate he made bigger wastegate pipe re done the manifold still no fix, he put on bigger 50mm gate and woolah fixed it that extra 2mm who would have thought lol

yeah that would have to be at the wheels kw... aslong as u got a decent tune i dont see why u cant bump up the boost? be prepared for major spike lol so watch ur gauges....and knock levels:)

yeh u need to bump it up to around 18-20psi to see anything exciting out of these turbos lol they r cheap they do last but dont produce the figures or torque u would like haha.. good luck with it just a quick note once u start winding boost into it plus having a free flowing exhaust no cat etc u will run into serious boost problems reason i had to run 50mm ext gate.

depends on your boost level when you say u were expecting it earlier.. i run the kkr480 with 50mm ext gate and i seen 1.4bar in 2nd by around 4500rpm

yeah man its very smooth power delivery and good response .63 exh .7 front cover.. he wants to eventually run 18psi but having boost creep issues with tial 38mm gate..not holding boost properly once he tries to wind some into it... yeh kkr arent 2 bad for price...screamer pipe on 19psi sounds animal specially wen u jus pop limiter and makes a huge crack noise haha

yeah thats a bit of a bummer. i got same mods just a bigger 50mm ext gate, i control my boost from the gate spring, has 14psi spring and ive tighten it to hold bout 1.4bar 19psi in top gears. im not sure on exact power figure as it kept slipping the tyres from camber on my mechs dyno but was around 320rwhp b4 the slipping, my mates 33 with gt30 and all the goodies has 350rwhp on 14psi and we are pretty even if we have 100-200 rolls maybe even half a length infront...who knows id love a gt35r though...make same power on 1 bar not 1.4
