well ive just finished putting an external 50mm wastegate welded straight off the exhaust housing (boost problem fixed) turbo makes around 250rwkw at 18psi at the moment though there decent turbos ive done 30,000kms on it at 18psi daily no shaft play at all... still feels brand new. i see 18psi by about 4500rpm which is ok i guess 4 bush bearing turbo.

you mite see 240rwkw on a happy dyno but your gonna need 18psi to see 240rwkw outta kkr480 they just dont have what it takes 2 make decent power.

thats cool mate nah never ended up heading out, had a few drinks didnt wanna risk it, plus so much dot down coast its not funny lol its f*ked. next time we have 2 meet up go 4 cruise meet some new ppls as i dnt really know anyone down there leaving all me mates behind lol

yeah ask for a cash job u will always get it cheaper i paid $220 for 20% all round and 35% on front windscreen, if you really over sun heating up the car get the front windscreen tinted its heaven during the day, bit dark at night but nothing bad can still see perfect. good 4 highway night driving also dont get blinded from oncoming traffic. to get front windscreen done ull need a cash job 4 sure.

i ran 13.5@105mph in stock 33 with cooler exhaust and 12psi but most of the runs were around flat 14s at 100mph

mate has a t70 ebay turbo on his r32 rb25 and its making near 400rwhp on low boost, when he bought it he sent it to mtq got it re balanced and new seals put in and thats all the guys from mtq said needs doin and they will last just as long as a garrett turbo.

i run kkr480 with 50mm external gate and done nearly 25,000kms on 19psi no shaft play not a drama with it.. u buy the cheap knock off brands u will get nothing but shit, buy from otomoto and ull get a proper balanced decent turbo. my 2 cents anyway -

Ok thanx AL i will check that as soon as i seem him next, prob 2morrow and yes the car is lowered alot and front inner guards tend to rub alot when goin driveways etc

yeah its not a vacum leak or join the car WONT accelerate or make any boost, but u can hear the turbo spooling as u hold ur foot flat to the floor for 20-30 secs. car doesnt DO ANYTHING at all cept roll along, its messed up. car is running gutted cat. hmmm

fuel filter has been replaced, plugs has been replaced, vacum leaks have been checked all clamps. havnt checked for bad earth or anything? only thing i cant think of that is earthed is ya igniter pack? hmmm pretty sure its all bolted on near towards coilpack no6 its really fkn hard 2 guess wot it is though the car starts and runs perfect and then all of a sudden it will just do this out of the blue wether u flog or baby the car.
