  1. hey guys its kinda hard 2 find a place that is good at tuning or had exp tuning link's in brissy ive asked a few workshops and most say if i got software they will but id rather go 2 someone who has tuned them b4 any ideas?

    yep i know what u guys mean all that is written on my fine is "car is too low 60mm at lowest point being the exhaust" and minor defect box is ticked so i have to pay $88 to book an apointment with them?

    hey mate nah i dont live at the sunshine coast WHA13 use to be a car from my town, my good mate owned it, now some guy from coast bought it lol suprised its still going.. my rego runs out 8th of next month so de registering it isnt a big hassle cause i gotta pay 6 months rego anyway.

    the car only sits low because it has stock wheels on it 16s if i put 18s or 19s back on it, the car will sit way above legal 100mm height. first time ive been done in 2 and half yrs, but yeh i see your point..

    Hey guys got a few quick questions for some guys out there who might have been in the same situation as me. Last night got pulled over by silver aurion (not local) and got defected for 2 low (plenty other stuff could have been written but wasnt,dont know why?) they sent me a notice to visit the pits at qld transports, what im wondering is can i de register the car then re register it at a later date, will this stop me from having to go over the pits? i cant really send car over the pits, im sure they will pick out alot more problems other then it being 2 low as written on my notice? any help would be appreciated Justin
  11. yeah i gotta admit when i had my stock ecu and was running a hks ssq bov i never had idle issues now using after market ecu and a greddy type s and it still works fine. but lookin at plumbin it back one day as im over the squeel it makes ha ha

Im in the same position Im thinkin bout going after market low mount cheap chinese manifold (can get one cheap) atm just using the stock rb25 mani with kkr turbo Want to go 4 my final tune soon down brisbane and not sure if i should upgrade the manifold? Are the cheap manifolds prone to cracking under higher boost 18psi etc Would i be better off keeping my standard cast manifold. Juz
  13. yeah i know wot u mean r31nismoid, but its a cheap upgrade, sure id love to bolt on a gt30 and run 18psi and make 400rwhp and have a bit more mid range and response etc.. but im a broke ass and cant afford those finer things lol
  14. ive done 20,000kms on my kkr480 and run 20psi daily never had 2 replace it and its got no shaft play at all... dunno why ppl say there shit 4. but yeh like everyone said otomoto.com.au

Im pretty sure the stock actuator wont fit the KKR480 turbo (im using kkr480) Ive even got otomoto to send me a 7psi actuator and bolted it on and im still boosting to 19psi (running like this for 12months) I think most guys have to get the housing wastegate flap ported out, or weld it up and run external gate? hope this helps.

  17. no that dumpipe wont bolt up to a kkr430, there a vband .. and u should make 300rwhp on 430 at around 18psi id say...

  19. anyway im over it lol he can think what he wants. 114mph and 314rwkw just like his sig says. yet he uses the same old excuse "low boost man or its only got a bit of timing and half ass tune" haha who goes to the track and races on low boost isnt that everyones excuse when they loose or cant back up something? let us know when u hit the track again be good to see some mph that actually backs up your 314rwkw i was doin 108mph on 200kw and 2.4sec 60ft id sure hope that extra 70rwkw and 1.9sec 60ft would net u more then extra 6mph.... good day.

  22. and u claim 314rwkw and only 114mph and only 700nm? for starters u dont even have the mph to back up ur aclaimed 314rwkw so id watch what u say about dynos and bullshit figures.
  23. its an older type of dyno and reads proper power not bullshit power like all your typical shootout modes etc and on a new type it would read around 250rwkw so i dont think my nm is wrong , but hey worth having a go
