I also run a kkr480 on my rb25det and me and a mate installed it ourselves, turbo bolted up perfect, just had to grind a bit of the exhaust manifold, oil lines bolted up, but i went into enzed and for $30 or so he put new ends on my water lines to match the same size thats on the turbo, then i just chopped the lines and used high pressure/heat hose 2 move them around to fit nicely, and towed car to my mech 2 get dumpipe fab'd up and cooler piping change a little, comes on hard bout 4000-4500rpm, i just run actuator spring which is bout 1.2-1.3 bar of boost, bit hard 2 control boost in these things, only downside.. but worth every penny, ive done bout 5000-7000kms alredy on this turbo, runs like a dream

  3. car was tuned on the weekend made 305rwhp @ 16psi will my stock cat be holding back any power? its full 3" v band dump from turbo 2 cat then 3" to 3" inlet canon i have a gutted cat here also but the flames werent small ones it would shoot would be a bit obvious from the 50 so would i be better off putting gutted cat on?

  5. ill get some pics tnite, yes the boost controller comes with everything, u just plug/wire it in and set ur settings/gain and away ya go:) id keep it but my turbo runs 16psi and spikes to 20 hehe..

  10. ok mate ill look into it!!! my kkr480 has like a flap at the back of the housing with a sirclip holding it in which looks like u can run a seperate wastegate pipe then join up furth down the dump, instead of the wastegate gases going 90 degrees then out the exhaust. hmmm wonder if that would help it? so they just flow straight out.cause wouldnt over boosting be caused cause the wastegate cant get rid of the gases quick enough? there for a straight pipe off the wastegate should help me flow and hold boost better? who knows. hmmmmm
  11. has anyone got any info bout holding boost in the kkr turbos? ive got a kkr480 on my car and we cant seem to get it to hold anything below 16psi in 1/2nd gears and 3rd/4th hits around 1.2bar.. wot needs to be done 2 help it hold boost and not creep dammit lol
  12. ive sold my highflow to a young guy, and he needs to do the oil feed line mod, just wondering if anyone has the url to that oil feel mod aaron use to have uploaded somewhere? or maybe someone has saved it and could pm it or email it to me? [email protected] cheers Justin

  15. Chasing $200+postage Will bolt straight up to r33 do not have box anymore as my best mate i bought it off(he upgraded to 2007 model) threw it out wen he moved. but its the real thing,not one of these leaky crap cheap chinese ones that barely work. 0434589274 or PM Justin.
  16. yeah i wouldnt touch a pfc, i had one b4 the link and sold it, same car similiar mods but smaller turbo and same tuner he gets 180km to a tank of ultimate,could be the tuner he normally tunes safe and doesnt care about power figures to make customer happy but makes sure it will last...but yeah

Im running a link. really good ecu's they use no afm, easy to tune, good cold starts on them starts like factory ecu...i dont really get the best fuel economy though around town driving bout 200kms to $50 fuel..making around 210rwkw..personally i wouldnt touch a pfc i think link are better anyway.
  18. lol thats funny but yeah,garantee u take that thing to a test n tune and u would be struggling to run 105mph 235rwkw is a nice bs figure,but i guess hitman has to keep his customers happy with nice dyno figures haha any other dyno ud be lucky to get 190rwkw wit ur mods..not baggin you but i can tell u now u dont have 235rwkw.

  20. hey guys need some help got in my car a few mornings ago and set my temp from 32 down to 18 degrees and notice that hot air was coming out,turned my air con on and same thing really hot air was coming out like it was still set at 32 degrees,im pretty sure the tempreture is stuck on 32 degrees..have any of you guys had similar problems? could it be a faulty sensor if so where is the sensor located for the temp or could it be the climate control unit? any help would be appreciated thanx! done a sensor check come up with these numbers 26 30 41 5 Justin
  21. no im not the wanker who didnt do the oil feed modification,infact the builder of the highflow turbos done my oil modification and sent it up with the highflow...so before u go and point fingers i aint that fkn stupid.like i said i wouldnt bother with a highflow.
