I have fitted a slide stage3 highflow..but i used the water lines..why would u want to remove them?

nah he didn't and even if the fc cost $1299 its still cheaper then a plug in microtech or autronic or motec..dont see how ppl can be so tight lol

basically thats what u would call blow by,every motor has to breath and yeh after a good hard floggin on boost mine does the same u pull up take your oil cap lid off and look at the motor breathing..my mate services cars at his workshop that only have 30,000kms and they have blowby, im guessin its just oil vapours nothin to be 2 worried about,once u start filling your catch can with oil on boost then be worried lol

maybe u had a dodgy pump or a crap tuner? my mate has 292rwkw @ 18psi on his rb25 with a walbro intank pump has runs fine and even runs a bit on the rich side just to be safe and thats on a dyno software thats so old it would prob read well over 330rwkw in shootout mode.

i know of a few cars making around 300rwkw GENUINE rwkw not this shootout mode stuff...and they are running walbro intank pumps so this pump should be fine for ur application

sorry to bring up an old thread. but ive just disconnected my pcv valve hose and put bungs on either end (inlet manifold) (side of rocker cover) and running 2 lines from breathers to catch can...blocking the pcv cannot do any harm can it? also know since ive blocked the pcv ive noticed alot more blow by comin out the filter in the catch can now... hrmmm...with the pcv hooked up could that somehow drop oil into the exhaust side of the car and blow clouds of oil smoke now and then?

which rb25 highflows are these? ive got the max oversize highflow from aaron and my exhaust wheel doesnt look nowhere near the size of the first pic?:S

I have a stage 3 Highflow on my rb25 and i cannot hear mine spool down after i shut off the engine?

well ive just done a oil change i used Penrite SIN 15w-40w wanted to go something a lil bit thicker..oil pressure hasnt gone below 1/4 and ive been given it a fair bit..seems to be running good.but im still pulling my hiflow off and gettin it all checked out seals etc.

sorry i didn't see what u wrote about the oil pressure at 3000rpm..it rises well above half way on gauge once i start driving it again but drops really quickly once i back off!

yep just checked and it does have a oil light which is good! but i have yet to see it come on..im due for a oil change and concerned what oil to try...thinner or thicker? 5w to thin? stick with 10w? also i mite try putting a dif oil pres gauge on the car and check it thru that...do i do this wen its hot ?

im not sure ive never seen any engine light come on....its a late 94 series 1 r33....would it have engine light? i done a compression test few weeks ago and came up basically 150psi in all 6 cyclinders few psi difference between them

hey guys just curious does anyone else see there gauge get this low? picture was taken about 5mins after i gave it a bit of a floggin thru 3rd and 4th and pulled up to idle... oil im using is motul semi syn 10w-40w

im running slide hiflow,full 3" exhaust n dump, cooler,walbro pump and about 14psi...it feels good but the stock ecu holds the hiflow back something bad..i mean i can barely pull away from stock 33's that are running cooler/exhaust and 14psi

on milanco dyno it made 279rwhp@12psi with stock turbo and standard coils its got highflow and splitfire coils now oh boy did those coils fix ALOT of problems lol

walbro intank pump but stock injectors and fuel reg! yeh i really need fc,z32,injectors and tune!

im running the stage 3 rb25 hiflow from aaron on my rb25 and it spools quiet early i know im gettin 16psi around 3500rpm lacks the mid range atm but from 5800rpm-7000rpm its animal..maybe stock computer doesnt like the bigger turbo?

all fixed now i put in splitfire coils and regapped to 1.1 and the car revs cleanly! its wonderful 2 drive now hehe
