I have a similar problem- my compressor clicks on seemingly (rev's jump) though I only ever get ambient temp air coming out, even at FC. I keep blowing the same A/C fuse though, I've done it over and over, it only blows when I turn on the A/C - not during normal fan/heat operation. The fuse is #8 in the diagram below (R32 under-dash panel). The other A/C fuse (#17) never blows. I figure I have a short somewhere, but where should I start looking? Any ideas?

Ok, I've done the whole diag check- got the 25 error code (sun sensor, I was under cover), and my temps were : 24.5 27.5 30.0 26.0 However, I continually blow one of the AC fuses (#8 in pic below) when I turn on the AC. The other AC fuse (#17) is fine, but I've replaced #8 fuse 4 times now testing- it only goes when I switch on the AC. Needless to say I'm not getting any cold air, just ambient temp air blowing really hard..... Any ideas?? thanks. ~Dave
