  2. I have a turbo back standard Zaust you can have but I am located in Canberra... Let me know if you want it.
  3. If you want the flutter sound then block your BOV, BUT heed the warnings of Krzysio! Compressor surge is not good for the barings in your turbo.
  4. Leech: Did I meet you at the BP servo the other week???? How do you know Tim?
  5. Leech: Did I meet you at the BP servo the other week???? Who is Tim?
  6. If the gunmetal r33 had a veilside kit then it was me, I hope it was cause nobody ever seems to spot me :{
  7. is the turbo the only thing wrong with the car?
  8. Hey mate, I'am keen, PM sent
  9. MASON: When you go into monitor mode you can select how many things you want to display on the screen at once. You can select trace mode from there, basically it will tell you where you are on the map under driving conditions. NOTE: you can also set it to save where it has been so you dont have to look at it while driving. Just do a power run, pull off the roads and look at all the balck squares on the map.
  10. Your Engine warning light will also flash in a particular sequence when your AFM maxes out. This is often mistaken for knock... I am not sure what the 2 different sequences for knock and AFM Max out are though...
  11. Its not so much the power but the amount of Air that it can measure. For example a HKS GT-RS will make a certain power level at 14 psi and a standard turbo will make a bit less power. What I am trying to say is that I think the rb25 AFM will max out at about 14 psi. Now depending on what turbo you have your power levels at 14 psi could be anything from 180rwkw upwards. If your rb25 has a stock turb then the stock AFM should see you to about 200 rwkw... hope that makes sence
  12. What sort of PSI are we talking to get the GCG hiFlow to produce the 240 mark you mentioned SK?
  13. aarr Sh8t there it is...
  14. AAHHHGGMMM knowledge flexing.... Na just jokes, thanks for the great info. What happened to the attachment???
  15. have you tried cleaning them with contact cleaner or something?
  16. Where are you located
  17. Hey BBQ : There are lots of people on this site running standard injects and making 240-250 at the wheels. In fact I think SK has tuned three of them, and by my understanding he kinda knows what he is talking about...
  18. Do you thinkt he new cams will push you over the 200kw mark, say 210-215 maybe??? Anything less than that would not make it worth while I reckon... Cams cost about $750 + at least $250 to re-tune totalling $1000 PS, Who keeps changing my comment above my avatar to rb25de :{
  19. Dont think I can afford the cams at the moment. So far the setup will cost as follows: 1) fuel Reg (about $180) 2) Z32 AFM (about $300) 3) 450 hp gcg hi-flow turbo ($1900) 4) About 250 for a re-tune (local place I use) Totalling about $2630. I cant afford another $1000 + for cams & install....
  20. Yea it was a searging biatch
  21. I just called Mark at GCG and he quoted me $1900 for the 450 Hi-Flow, is this about the price others have payed?
  22. Thanks for the info Bass Junky, So would the cams help the turbo come on boost quicker due to better breathing. How much for CAMS ???
  23. Not really interested in the injectors at the moment guys, I know you can get 240-250 out of the stock ones and i dont have a spare $700 to spend on something I dont really need. So far it sound like i should go for: Z32 AFM, Fuel Reg & hi-flow tuned by Dave... Is there anything that I have left out that I may need (excluding injectors )
  24. What does Dave charge for a re-tune??? & how much did your gcg hi flow cost you , which one is it 450 or 480 ???
  25. I have everything but the bigger injectors and really dont want to spend the money on them at the moment. Who is Dyno Dave and has he tuned hi-flows to 250rwkw before??? I think Sydney Kid said that he had a couple of rb25's make 250rwkw with hi-Flows
