  3. yea, he said that shipping would be no problem.
  4. I just rang brag and he is going to send me pics of the 2 styles that he has, I will post them up as soon as i get them.
  5. Have not read the above threads so maybe i should keep my mouth shut but I like almost everybody on this forum have had flat spots like you! I started a thread: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=23922 and got lots of suggestion most of which were fuel related! All r33's are going to get a small flat when the cam changes position around 4500 revs. And a fuel modifier like a s afc or something should fix that. But if you are getting really bad ones then you should not rule out the air flow meter, ignitor pack or spark gap... Spark gap has probably been suggested already but I had somebody change my gap from .80 to .76 which totally fixed the problem, so even the slightest change in gap can make a difference. I should also mention that I am running NGK iriduims. Have a look at the link above there might be some suggestions there that could also help you!

  7. Thanks for the info tonyGTSt, Does anybosy out there have one for sale?
  8. In gun metal grey if possible.
  9. OK guys & gals! The problem has been solved!!!!!!! Thanks to all theose who have suggested solutions and i think this thread could be a good reference to people having similar problems in the future. The dyno tuner was stumped and could only narrow it down to a spark problem of some description, then he started messing with the gaps. He changed the gap from .80 to .76 and that made all the difference! Thanks to AutoTech in Canberra for finding the solution, there good guys with a good service...
  10. Flat spot update! I just had my car on the dyno and the guy said that the problem is with the spark? so its either spark plugs ( but they are new! so i dont think so) coil pack(s) ignitor Has any body out there ever had a problem with there ignitor packs?
  11. The SAFC II only does air/fuel ratio The emanage does both air/fuel & ignition! emanage can be programed through a laptop, and is about $700 untuned. The SAFC II can be delivered from www.greenline.jp for $433
  12. Could i get pics of the front bar as well? I am in the same position as GTST4G!
  13. Pics to [email protected] please Very interested...
  14. thanks for the info mate!
  15. Yea, its very frustrating and I think everybody who tunes there skyline past stock probably goes through the same thing! I was running shit sparkies which led me to think that they were the weak spot. But I now run NGK Iridium's and i was under the impression that these are quiet good, am i on the right track here?
  16. Would you considder sending it to canberra?
  17. All though fuel is a problem in r33's because of the fuel dump at 4500 rpm due to the ecu ajusting for the duel stage stock boost controller, I dont think this is the source of the multiple flatting... I say this because my car ran fine ( with a small flat at 4500) for about 3.5 months. Then all of a sudden the super flatting started! This leads me to think that the problem is one of the following: (thanks to all the posts above!) 1)AFM 2)coil pack 3)ignition pack 4)spark plugs & gap ( not the case because i have changed them over twise) 5)fuel pump and or filter 6)timming (long shot!!!) Thanks again to all who helped with suggestions!!! Any other suggestions will allways be helpfull.
  18. Yea, those results are great... While on the topic you can get the SAFC II limited edition on greenline for $433.
  19. Thanks for the 2c's I will give it a go!
  20. That sounds like my car but without the GTR badge (I wish!!).
  21. Ahhh, ok i will give that a go! I also had an idea that it could be the fuel filter! because this problem started soon after I put a full tank in! thanks for the help!
