  6. Right now im in the plastics industry just stepped into a more engineering type of role but we were put into receivership last week due to our parent company going to voluntary receivership...So now with bub's all of 11 days away from being due i might not have a job any day now, and word on the street is there's no money for renumerations or anything... As for where i go...I have NFI what i want to do, i enjoy what i do now problem is im not qualified engineer so i can't go anywhere with it....*shrugs* Government job would be good but don't think i'd qualify as a desk jockey very well lol!!

  8. This shouldn't be a tit for tat issue lads, ignore the commonwhore driving bogans in their V6 commys and lets focus on us and what we have to do to get the heat back off of the import community then the police might focus more on other things...
  9. Yer i seen the SAU sticker on the side window of the car as well!

  17. Yer well the worst part about it was the person who we got the home loan off of was actually my wife's Aunty and she was one of them telling us to fix it! So suffice to say never doing buisness with her again my strong tip for today! But even so we had a few morgatge brokers out before we ended up going with her and they all said to fix it so meh *shrugs* who do you beleive??? Yer it is a fixed amount but kinda nags at me because i know if i held out longer i'd be paying way less now way the cookie crumbles i guess!!! Thanks Andrew! Can't wait Feels like its just dragging on and on and on.....Her cousin had a little boy 4 weeks ago and he's changed so much in that time! They grow so quick!! Hurry up child!!!!!!! lol
  18. By some people WHO should've known better but obviously DIDN'T know better...Yes we're not very happy about it either but what can you do?? Least we know exactly what our repayments are going to be for the next 4 odd years which is rather helpful at the moment with the wife all but 3 weeks away from bringing junior into this world!
  19. Yer, we enquired about changing our repayments to interest only whilst the wife is off of work (bear in mind we're fixed rate and probably only 9 months into a 5 year lock in) and to do anything with the loan was going to be 25 large one's!! YIKES!! Keep paying principal and interest! Ahhh well the wife's uncles place was built by hickenbotham...His carport roof fell down!! Uha!!
  20. To all the blokes working in the heat..Feel your pain!! Injection moulding factory + heat = HOT!! Hot days are great so long as it cools down enough at night so you can sleep properly! We had our aircon on all night and it really didn't do a whole lot of cooling!! There was cool air coming outta the vents but it just wouldn't cool the place down!!
  21. Lads...I know its not a skyline but i've got some 19inch wheels for an 02 wrx for sale! One brand new tyre, 2 tyres are about 25% tread and the other ones probably not legal! Im asking $800 ono for them! http://img265.imageshack.us/content.php?pa...12009039rh7.jpg I've got more photo's if interested! Shane
  22. Awesome sounding car!! Looks to be quite a handful though
  23. Yer i have to agree the 09 spec is growing on me...When i first saw them i thought YUCK but now its getting there
  24. Actually there's many reasons that they went to the V8 format that they have now...One being the GTR but do you remember the racing format back then??? Timed races?? BORING!! They had dwindling spectator and competitor numbers and if you watch any bathurst from back in that time they had everything from GTR's and sierra's to suzuki swifts to make the field up! They had to do something to make it viable, so the V8 format was born.... If i remember rightly as well, the sierra was only running 8 inch wide rear tyres?? With over 500hp outta em and rear wheel drive on an 8 inch wide tyre i beleive that traction was a major issue...And if you watch any of those races from that era every slow speed corner the sierra is in wheelspin! Twas an awesome car though and ahead of its time as was the GTR! I've got a DVD from 1991 of highlights of the races and i know exactly what your saying about the grip outta the hairpin's at Mallala!! OH MY GOD!! So awesome!! LOL!!
  25. Yer we built our place with Devine we did exactly what Ruby did, walked in and talked house and land packages with them! Longest part with them was waiting for the paperwork to be done. From the time the slab was layed to the time we moved in was like 9 weeks or something!! They don't stuff around!
