Bloody hell!! Only just finished saying to the wife the other day how much my car is worth in japland and this just sums it up!!!! As for the compliance thing, you'd surprised how much the little things would upto, specially if you've gotta replace seatbelts, child anchorage points all that kinda do da.....

Problem is though champ its not! When was the last time you seen any money being thrown at the little circuits??? My closest permanent track (mallala) i haven't seen money thrown at for ages because they throw it all at clipsal which is as we all know a street circuit! Obviously street circuits are the easy and cheap way out for the V8 supercar brigade rather then having to permanently up keep a permanent circuit....I heard that the homebush street race is going to cost something like 13 million per year to put on and that V8 supercars australia is going to be footing the majority of the bill...Imagine if they put 13 million back into the permanent circuits in australia how much better things would be?????

Have you seen the circuit thats been suggested for it??? HOW BORING! Think it'll be another shit boring street race (hamilton anyone???) and another nail in the coffin for grass roots type motorsports.....

I concour with danny, from what you've descirbed i don't rekon its a blown turbo...Easiest way to check that is to pull the dump pipe off (if ya can) and check...Im agreeing with nightcrawler/sled/danny in popped hose/afm dodgy etc etc.....Go and attack those hose clamps and you'll soon find out! Maybe like has been suggested as well an ECU reset and see if that helps?

Yer proof of that is the fact that since they've bought in the drug driving laws im yet to get pulled into an RBT station for a drug check (not that they'd get a +ve result)...Infact can't remember the last time i was pulled into an RBT at all!

First thing.....The only performance ford is an XR6t apart from that well...............No such thing is there???? I agree with whats been said, keep your eyes out they'll pop up when you least expect them to...It took me ages to find my DR but i found it...Just gotta keep looking and don't buy the first thing you see!

Mate i've got a 25 year old skyline in the carport, and i have NO problems with driving it for 3+ hours!!! Its a joy for me to drive it, so when its back on the road again i'll be driving it flat out (apart from when its stinking hot then i'll be sitting in the inlaws pool!!!) If you've got that kinda attitude might be time to either A) sell it or B) buy a boonga and learn to appreciate what you've got more

Its called a random licence check...all the reason they need to pull you over...Actually they don't really need a reason to pull you over!! Remember we are the scurge of society...Not the people out there robbing/raping/murdering etc etc!

HAHA agreed!!!! Worse then the mighty FJ 32's and 33's are both nice cars, depends on what ya want..Still say best skyline is a 32 with the 33 box and motor as has been said!!
