  1. Narp, the factory intercooler holes are very much like a 32/33 setup, through the inner guard on the passengers side...technically its illegal to put it through the front bulk head, cause its a structural support or so they say.... Mine's done pretty much like that one in the photo's, except my cooler to tb pipe work is in behind the drivers side headlight in the same manner as the passengers side is done in those photo's
  2. Yup, went past there yesterday on my travels and they were loading the last car onto a trailer and it all looked packed up and empty to me...
  3. George...Just copy what the guy with the red car has done, make up a supporting strap outta strap alumnunium, cause i had same issue as you when i first did my cooler, and i made up that strap, bent it around and behind the intercooler and i've never had an issue with it since!!!
  4. Yer seen your driving around as well from the descrition in your signature its yours anyways...looks very tough
  5. Spotted oosh today at jv hifi near TTP!!
  6. I see that white 33 with the RH1 plate quite a bit up around walkley heights shopping centre, thought it was your car actually vange but obviously not...
  7. Ummm nope, injectors and pump in R33's are meant to be at max around the 200rwkw from what i beleive....
  8. Have to disagree champ, the DR30 is NOT an expensive car to run/maintain...I can get anywhere from 450kms-550kms outta a 40 litre tank with mine, cheaper rego as well only being a 4 cylinder yada yada...only down side is if you stack it or something like that, parts are harder/more expensive to come buy then R31 stuff, but if you get a 2 door R31 i bet its just as hard to find stuff for them as well.....All depends on what you want outta a car really....DR30 is more of a lighter car and the R31 is more of a cruise car...my thoughts anyways...
  9. Saw that gold car with the CF driving down main north road towards grand junction intersection last night as i was pulling into my driveway...sounds very tough and looks tough as well
  10. Yup i'll attest to that, looks mad driving towards you!! Wouldn't mind having closer look at it, really have to get my own car back on the road one day...*sigh* Also this morning spotted blue R32 GTR and white ceffy with unpainted front and rear bars @ hillbank mobil...GTR was tough!!!
  11. Saw a black stagea saturday arvo on bridge road...looked tough as Anyone's from here???
  12. I've got a DR30, as much as i love driving the thing, its a pain for getting parts, heaps expensive when you do find things, so unless you've got a budget behind you, and are not willing to trash shit outta them and crash them you'll be right... If its your first car, prolly go the VL, just due to ease of parts... So glad i've got my dr though and will never sell her
  13. so, so, so, so, so tough...makes me want to get that front bar on my car quicker now
  14. Hahahaha rotflmfao Yes agree with those under under comments, commodore looked like it handled slightly better *don's flame suit*
  15. Nope none of the R33 range comes with traction control, not even the ones with the A-LSD, my mate has one and his doesn't have it
  16. Not really sure on this one...how ever i used to own a stanza, and did the 200b brake upgrade on it, and one of the things you have to do is swap struts, left to right and right to left, meaning now that the caliper is at the front of the rotor (9 oçlock position) and not at the back (3 o'çlock) like it was with the standard struts....didn't make any real world difference to me weather they were front or back of the rotor
  17. Hahaha some funny stuff there!!!!
  18. Depends on the condition of it though, my mate paid 16k for a S5, but it was mint as!! Only thing that sounds dodgy about that whole idea is the twin piston front calipers?? They have 4 spot's as standard....
  19. Have got old school renegade V's Odyssey - atomic energy from 2000 on atm...Yup could say don't mind the dance music getting into this freeformation lately, stuff rocks... mmmmm gabber
  20. The day of decking?? Parts for nissan's are hellishly expensive, trust me just been there and done that!!! Nice rims to bitch, what are they?? What happened to those rims that you emailed me the pics of?? You never got back to me about them!!!
  21. Yup same front bar as i have for mine... difference between HR30 and DR30 is the dr's came with the FJ20ET, HR's came with L20T, plus few other little changes here and there driveline wise..
  22. Hrmnmm interesting cause i want my wheels painted as well...
  23. Yup that be the one's im after at this stage!!! B)
