That unmarked green SS is always on chapel street too. Got pulled over when they were in their old VY SS but they seem to be more drug/drink driving focused. Was a welcome change to the usual mentality.

I don't know about the rest of you guys but I tend not to give the car much of a hard time in today's kind of heat. Just don't want to create any problems that could otherwise be avoidable

Spotted CAJFLY at the Warrigal Road entrance to Chaddy shopping centre Friday arfternoon. Then spotted a nice 32 GTR with R34 GTR rims out the front of Autobarn. Spotted a black R33 just before parked near Windsor station with plates 'LA5ER' Had SAU stickers too

Last night spotted a white R34 GTR V-Spec at Princes carpark on Dandenong Road at approx 11.30pm. Mine was the other silver skyline in the carpark. Pretty sure it was the same GTR 'Skylin' spotted with Moroo plates Spotted another R34 GTR grey (series 2) at Chaddy underground carpark. Plates were GTR00*1 or something. Looked very clean. On way home from Chaddy spotted who i think was mcdee in the Glen Iris backstreets. Gave him a wave and he returned the favour. Car looks good.

It's not so much the defect that I'm worried about but the EPA. It's all the other stuff that would have to come off/be put on. From what I have experienced so far. It just doesn't seem to be worth the risk trying to run a boxed pod. I just get so pissed off worrying about something that really is so petty and minor. These police irritate me immensely at times and I can't help but think they love it too.

I would be really interested to find out how many people have boxed pods and intercoolers and haven't had problems with the cops. I am currently running the stock airbox but would prefer to run a boxed pod. Currently I cant use the snorkel as it fouls on intercooler piping and the box makes weird 'phunk' like noises. Is it worth the risk of changing?

Spotted a tasty silver R32 GTR V-Spec 2 parked on Wattletree Road in Malvern near Cabrini. Nice!

This is my dad's old GTR (2001 Series 2 model). It had the paint colour WV2. It seems to be a bit darker than the silvers that were on Series 1 R34 GTR's.

I am a big fan of the Motul 8100. Great oil as I use my skyline as a daily driver (good cold start properties). Would give the 300V a go but the fact it doesn't come in 5 liters and the increased price means I just can't justify it. My car doesn't get used on the track either, just spirited street driving.

Spotted a nice black R34 on Dandenong rd near intersection with Williams today while on way home from work (approx 8.30). Pretty sure it had personalised plates and a front mount. nice car

Spotted that same car near Chapel and Dandenong Rd around 2.30pm today. Spotted yellow R34 with Top Secret car graphic and gt spoiler in same area this evening.

Decals just look rice on street cars. Shopping lists are awful too. SAU club stickers should be mandatory

I rekon just grab a second hand Power FC. There are few floating around in the for sale section. They are getting pretty cheap without the hand controller

On way back from Mount Dandenong spotted R32 GTS-T sedan. Had GTR bumper and grill with R34 GTR rims. Looked tough. Gave the driver a thumbs up and received a wave back

I gained approx 25rwkw with a front facing plenum and 80mm throttle body. Gained way more top end however I think I actually prefer the improved low down response of the standard plenum. Only problem is they are defectable and stand out like dogs balls to cops.
