    Tuff R32 Pictures

Great thread you got going here abu. Keep up the good work. Here are a couple pics I got.
  3. Congratulations to the winners and thanks for a great day. As I work hospitality and study full time I don't get much of an opportunity to attend events such as this so it was great to be able to come down and see some very impressive machines. I took 2 photos which aren't that great but I will post them anyway. Does anyone have photos of the R34 GTR Nur Spec that arrived late in the day? Is it just me or does there seem to be an ever increasing number of them in Australia?
  4. Very hot car you got there. Got a mods list for us?

    Flooded

I got a down incline driveway. It sucks. I just spent the last 15 minutes removing all my stock parts from the garage floor as it was starting to flood. Mine is so steep i can't park my car in there without scraping the front bar. I even have one of them big ass grated drains too
  9. This should get you started. Search is your friend. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/R3...p;hl=R34++vspec
  10. I still have the rims, center caps and valve caps but I will be selling the rims as whole package very shortly
  11. I had one in my old R33 (which looked very similar to yours) I thought it was great. It held boost really well and the main thing I liked about it was that I could operate it via the PFC hand controller which sat in my glovebox. This was good because it left my dash looking clean and I didn't have to try and hide boost controllers when the cops pulled me over. This is my old R33 which looks the same as yours
  12. I agree with emsta but I'm guessing that the people who process the fines will know the lights were faulty today and won't bother trying to book people but the way it is in Vic these days, I may have ignorant thinking
  13. they kinda look like those drift-tek wheels
  14. Thats an awesomely clean series 2 you have their mate. I disagree with the other guys and recommend that you leave the factory kit as is. All it needs is to be lowered a little with coilovers or the Sydneykid Bilstein group buy and it will look tops and handle better too. Aftermarket bodykits look rice and attract cops. Enjoy the car mate, they are great fun, just need to do the obligatory bolt on mods and you will have a car that will put a continuing smile on your dial
  15. Such a hot car. Can never have enough pics of this one
  16. If it looks too good to be true it usually is! Probably a scammer or the car has finance owing on it.
  17. I got these pics
  18. 19X9 up front and 19X10 rear. Can spin the rears in 2nd quite easily
  19. I ran a 3inch dump and front pipe into highflow cat and finished it off with a Trust PE2. Best exhaust ever. Perfect compromise between the much lusted after RB growl and quietness. No drone at all and very quiet below 3000rpm. My new skyline has a custom system which is way to loud and will be replacing it with another Trust PE2.
  20. Picked this up last week. Quite happy with it 255rwkw. Some low life creep pushed a shopping trolley into the front guard on the second day making a few dints and scratches. Grrrrr Dish!!
  21. I had a Trust PE2 (plus front, dump and high flow cat) on my old skyline and it was the best ever. No drone what so ever and really quiet below 3,000rpm for normal driving but once you put the boot in the traditional RB rumble was clearly audible. I'm now looking to purchase another one for my new skyline. Its tempting to try something new but I don't want to be left disappointed.
  22. That is very impressive result. Sound's like a forged motor may be on the shopping list soon. How laggy do you find the setup?
  23. I wouldn't bother importing a R34 GTR as there are sufficient numbers for sale in Australia at cheaper than import prices plus you can examine the vehicle before purchase and avoid waiting the time it takes to import and comply the vehicle. I would steer clear of the really cheap R34 GTR's as I have heard of previously crashed and repaired GTR's being scraped through compliance and then sold. Any R34 GTR with an aftermarket 320kph Nismo dash should have its km's verified through log books which should show the date of dash change over along with how many km's were on it otherwise I would very skeptical of the km's being genuine. The main advantage of purchasing a non-v spec model would be that it would be more livable day to day as it doesn't have the front lip that catches on driveways and speed bumps. Also I believe that they are less likely to have been raced and driven hard than the more track focussed v-spec however there will be well kept and maintained v-specs out there its just a matter of finding them. There is no difference in brake size between v-spec and non-v-spec however there is a difference in the size of the rear rotors which were made slightly bigger on 2001+ update models (both v-spec and non-v-spec). I hear that the rear brakes on 2001+ models were the same as N1 models but I don't know if anyone can confirm this?
