  1. Only 98ron... if you like your car that is I've got almost 500k's out of a tank in my R34. Its pretty stock standard atm, but when you start modding it, expect that to go down,
  2. lol... good work. Got it sorted nice and easy. Big relief I'm sure. Good call Dani Boi
  3. Obviously... you're bumbing a thread after a 15 minute wait lol Go the 25. Cheaper to start and cheaper to mod too.
  4. When things get that big, its impossible to police it properly. Its sometime worth notifing the cops and tell them that you are organising it and you are promoting safe driving and telling everyone they have to follow the road rules etc. That way they shouldn't come down on everyone as hard, but rather just on the odd tool that is bound to turn up.
  5. Would be pretty awesome, but as viet_boi says... could be another ignition episode. If you are planning this, give a lot of notice and plan it well with big car parks etc. Also, make sure the roads you cruise on are fairly open, not lots of twisties, cause with that many cars, its not the bests idea. These huge events are more about checking out all the cars at the meet points rather than cruising I reckon. Would be good though
  6. Awesome... I'll be there to see whats on offers
  7. You did the right thing by being friendly and polite to them. As soon as you want to get annoyed, they will start will checking everything just to find anything to sticker you for. You can read up on a lot of stuff. You can also go to the pits and ask them for a pamflet with all the regulations. I got one a while back. It tells you everything in there and is very useful. Its good to be informed on the do's and don'ts.
  8. The magnetic ones are annoying. I had magnetic L's and they would fly off the car if you went above 60k's. As soon as they get a touch of air under them, they are gone lol
  9. haha, thanks I knew it was there, but I was at work, so I couldn't be bothered looking lol That looks good. It gives me plenty of time to get the car serviced. Maybe even have my new rims on by then Will have lots of grip with those 265's at the back
  10. That sounds pretty tempting Mark. I need to give my car a service first. I can hear the timing is slightly out and I don't want to hammer the engine like that. When are the last two?? Can't be bothered checking the site
  11. I'm saving that for next year. This year I want to get my driving skill up and then next year try and be at all the Autotest events. By the end of this year I'm hoping to have my suspension and wheels/tyres up to scratch. Just put an enquiry for some new rims yesterday. Then I have to save for tyres and then suspension
  12. Brad, I'm definately up for a skid pan. I would love one in the wet. Last one where I was just spectating, everyone got to race around in the wet and I really wanted to join the fun. June sounds perfect
  13. Three gauges on the piller will be a bit much I reckon. I have the GReddy pillar mount on my R33 with two gauges, and it looks good, but three would be way to cluttered. Don't think it would fit too well. Go for the the top of the dash where the GTT's normally have it. I like that look on my R34. Just hoping to change for white faced dials at some point. For the three on the dash as well as the guage cluster
  14. Hey Paul. Now that I have my R34, I need some more stickers Should I just put some money in Dan's account and let you know when I've done it? I still have his details.
  15. Hey sam, A friend of mine has a wrx that he uses for rallying and I told him about what you are doing. He said that there is this thing you can buy. I don't know what its called or where you get it, so you may have to do some research, but he says its bascially a leaver that can disengage the front wheels. That way you can have rear wheel drive or all wheel drive just buy moving a leaver. Might be worth looking into. He says its not expensive at all either
  16. ^^^ I sure did... and I can't wait to test her out on the skid pan
  17. Tonight a random guy came up to me in the parking lot when I was getting into my car at The Saint and said he'd pay me $10 to take him to Scabs. I said no, so he offered $15. Once again I said no. This guy starts getting pissed off that I won't take his money and take him to scabs, even though I say I'm going in the opposite direction. Eventually he gets the message, calls me a c**t and walks off. Thats wgmg. People like that. Bloody bogans! Get a damn taxi!
  18. Thanks paid $25k for it. Pretty good price, so I was happy Yep, thats the one I actually took another one for a test drive there too. Don't know if you saw the white one with the buddy club rims. Looked really good, but had a bit of minor accident damage. Oh, and I agree about red. Doesn't really suit the R34 I reckon. Thanks Don't worry, I can take the hate lol My friends are saying the same thing, and yet they all want me to take them for a drive
  19. I might see you guys as I go past. I'm going up to a friends bday and I'll be driving along that way. Give me a wave if you see me Oh, and I'll be in the R34
  20. I'd be happy to come in the wet
  21. Oh, and I've just requested my name be changed to NISZILA
  22. Hi Can I please get my user name changed from R33-GTS to NISZILA Thanks
  23. Thanks for the comments guys Yea, there is definately a big difference between the R33 NA and the R34. Turbo pulls a lot harder, thats for sure Yes... it is definately a manual this time. After driving an auto for a while, I was definately missing the manual. Wouldn't go auto ever again lol
  24. The R34 will be named Niszila and then the previous Niszila will be sold Will be sad to see her go, but I can't really have two cars lol
