lol... that would be cool. What time you getting there? I'm getting there between 10 and 10:30. The problem will be finding enough bays... hope parking isn't too bad. Thats the main reason I want to go early... incase I dont find a spot.

I'll be parking under the convention centre. Might be a bit expensive to park there, but the bays are fairly big and I won't have to walk through the rain

  8. Before buying any rims, use this site http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp I posted it in another thread too. It gives you an idea of exactly what offset will fit
  9. Try this site http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp You can work out the measurements and see it for yourself
  10. Welcome to SAU... what car do you drive? Any pics... or you here just for info, there's plenty around
  11. 1. Filter not too expensive about $80 i think 2. Power FC. If you can find one, buy it. They are around $1K 3. Bigger injectors are good, 550cc would be the mark. You wouldn't have to go to 740 for 200kw. Not sure on price 4. Cam shafts, good idea, pretty expensive tho 5. Again, expensive. Look at some high flowed turbos. Slide has some (trader on sau)
  12. A friend looked into doing this and it works out cheaper getting the car from Japan and going through complience etc. Its something like $1700 just to bring it here from memory.
  13. I had this same thing. Was coming in the tail lights. Is there moisture build up in you lights? It will show up most inyou indicators. You can take it off and reseal it. Just don't get the sealant on your paint. Its a real pain to get off
  14. Generally nissans are built to last. As long as you look after it with regular services and don't drive it on the limiter, it will look after you
  15. If the price goes down a bit, and I'm earning what I hope to earn... the new GTR
  16. Very nice... got to love the 400R kit
  17. Depends on the width of the rim you want
  18. I'm not saying I've always been an angel on the road. I've had speeding fines and a car accident when I was 18. I have learnt from all that. I just wish the media would stop generalising, as for the most part, I am a safe driver as I'm sure most of you are.
  19. The worst part is that they mentioned he was a part of a car club and they were all out 'hooning'. wtf Where do they get their story from??
  20. Basically it all comes down to how much you love your car. Selling the gts and buying a gtst will work out cheaper, but its means selling your current gts. I thought about this for a long time, but just can't do it. I love my car. So... this means changing everything. Atm I'm still saving to do it, but its going to take a while to get all the parts. Your will need. - RB25DET engine, loom, ecu etc. - GTSt gearbox - GTSt diff - GTSt hubs and brakes (which means brake booster etc.) Basically means ripping everything out, leave just the shell and start again.
  21. I thought they put the sticker in the cam cover. Thats where mine is.
  22. Haven't you received my payment I paid on the weekend, should've come through. Let me know when you get it.
  23. Basically the way it works is... The intercooler cools the air that your turbo is sucking in before it goes into your engine. This means that, due to the lower temperature, the air is more compressed. There is therefore more air per unit volume. This means that more air is able to go into your engine and create a bigger bang making more power. With a front mount, esspecially on RB's, you can get more lag due to the piping going all over the top of the engine. This means that the air needs to stay at that particular pressure for longer to get into the engine creating longer lag. If you shorten the piping with a different intake plenum. eg GReddy, lag will be reduced again as the air has less distance to travel. Hope this helps. P.S If I just confused you, or if anyone thinks I'm talking crap... feel free to explain further
  24. Nice car mate... and I would have to agree with you mates... the modifying bug will bite... and it will bit hard
  25. I got some serios saving to do... i gotta get me one of these... even if it takes me a few years before I can afford one *drool
