Hi! My friend is doing a rb20det conversion on his rb20e laurel with r33 5-speed auto box. He wants to keep the box for a while. Can we burn an AT rom to the MT hcr32 ecu to make the box work ? Or have to search the AT R32 Ecu ? Thanks!

I mean its rb20det now. It was RB24S before Haha Factory manual. Same box as RB20DET.

Just look at the pics. B pillar. The centre console. Everything. It's a K-car to me. U can't even see the bonnet. Looks like it's half of cefis length. IMHO. Cefis MT tunnel is bigger. All the pedals are different.

R31Nismoid, c'mon. It can't be 9-10 sec to 100. Something ain't right there. It should be around 8sec mark. I have stock exhaust btw. So where should I dig ? Gap the plugs to 0.8 ? Clean coils ? Try manual boost controller ?

Hi! Here is my setup: rb30det 040 fuel pump stock everything(exhaust) 3.9 final gear 205/55/r16 tires I was trying out my car today. My friend had my mobile with countdown timer , so he was sitting in the passenger seat, counting. With moderate spin from start - high 9sec to 100. Feels quick, but timer spoils the fun LOL. I even tried to use 2nd gear(no upshift to 3rd) to 100. Same result. Surface was a bit rough. Asphalt covered with dust. What I was able to see though, that in 1,2,3 gear after about 5-6k the boost gauge needle drops from stock 0.7 to 0.5. Maybe a bit earlier. But I can't say for sure. Car Idles fine. No jumpy revs. No leaks after AFM/before turbo. So what's causing this boost drop ? And what about acceleration ? I think it should be in 8sec range. Thanks!

1400r, what do you mean by full stagea setup on the front lower control arms etc ??? Stagea front suspension bits or what ?

Any pics ? Is it wider than R32 ? How was the install ? Difficult ?

I've took the thing out on weekends. Didn't find any sings of tear or wear. Added 85W-140 Valvoline gear oil. It said, that you could use that oil with limited slip diffs. So here are the pics. I guess my one is 1way or 1.5 way. according to cusco: Anyway. Its still noisy and the car rattles. A little less then before though.

So what does this 3rd fuel line do ? To the carbon canister one ? Any pics ? )) If I've got only 2 fuel lines how could this effect my conversion ? )

Hi! This is R32 fuel lines: I can see 6 lines there. I guess 2 of them are for HICAS, those big ones. And 4 smalled diameter lines,I assume they are fuel lines. Here is my car: It's RB24s(carb), and its only got 3 lines !!! Carbs do have a return line, as the efi engines. So why there is this 1 line difference then ? Can I just get around with 3 of them for the conversion ? Thanks !
