We are talking different country, GTSBoy)). Btw, if you use lower octane fuel, will it have any significant result on the final mix ? Will it matter if you use 98 or 95 or 92 ? Or you should only get the best unleaded one ? Whats the take here ?

So, it all comes down if you can get a pure ethanol, right ? I have a friend who is into idustrial spirits here. And his comapany stocks loads of methanol, ethanol and all other "nol's. Btw, I've heard that there is another spririt, that has even fewer acid-properties as ethanol. Name doesn't cross my mind now.

Hi, guys! We don't have high-ethanol mix fuels where I live. Only e, you can get is E10. Which is a joke. So I wanted to ask for advice. If E85 is just normal pump fuel with ethanol mix. Can I mix that stuff myself ? Get good pump fuel, get the best dehydrated ethanol 99.7% I believe and mix those babys to the percentage I want ? Even if could come out with E40mix, it would be better than running shit pump fuel we have here. I'm looking more at E50 mix, for ease of mixing. The worse what could happen - they won't mix. Any ideas ? Any suggestions? Cheers!

VQ30 would be pretty cool though. But need a lot of attention to intake and exhaust manifolds. They are f**king mess. Although VQ35 shit would bolt on and strokers, cams choice is abundant. With a really big 6-speed VQ35 gearbox. It would be indestructable drivetrain. Not sure about the engien though. You could get a VQ35 gearbox bolted up to RB, Simon. Won't be very difficult and that gearbox is huge. RB or JZ Getrag looks like small kitten near that monster. Also + for better weight destribution with VQ30.

For experiment purposes why don't you lend some haltech or other map-based plug-in ecu. You will remove intake restrictions that way. Next step make a temporary 4'' exhaust elbow. Straight down to the ground or something. Nothing fancy. Start with the setup the theoretically could get the largest power gains. Start with the largest AR on the hotside you have there, maybe even cams, billet wheels, pump E85 blood in there and smash it with 30psi)) It should work. Analysis is as good as the data, right ? )) Just go berserk on it

Haha, Roy! If you are willing to test the little baby, might as well push it to 10k rpm and see how many track days it survives. My friend has been running 10k rpm on his 2jz for 4 drifting seasons in Malaysia. And its stock crank and rods. Only forged pistons. And I believe its still alive.

Simon, when are you going to put the cams in ? Don't forget to share results !))) Btw, did you make any adjustments to the angle of the rear subframe? Like those whiteline pineapples ? Like tilting the rear cradle for more grip ? And what tires do you use ? How would you rate the gripiness of your setup now ? Compared to other chassis you've driven ? If I remember right, you were rocking A31 and R32 before, going to KE70 and now to S14.
