not sure dude, maybe i will get it dynoed at a different place or maybe its cuz im in canberra and we are 600m above sea level and the BP levels are different to other places? who knows.. my whole exhaust system is changed aswell, from the head (exhaust manifold) to the cat back.. i got no reason to post bullshit on here.. its a surprising result for me too.. in all honesty, i havnt checked to see if the fuel pump is stock, ive had the car for over a year now and dont know if it has an aftermaket fuel pump or not, never have checked, as for the AFM, i know its stock.. here are my dyno results with stock turbo and 2530kai.. and as for the chrome wheel joke, f*k i killed myself laughing.. p.s. both dynos are done with stock 17" rims..

SOLD... -
lol.. well im not gonna get into a dyno war neither dude, but i never said i got that figure just with SAFC II, as i have other supporting mods.. and Autotech in fyshwick, ACT is a preferred dyno shop, i doubt there dynos would be off as it gets quiet a lot of satisfied customers.. also this business with maxing out the fuel pump at 200rwkw, this may happen with the stock ECU and no tune of the AFRs, but mine is reducing 11% fuel @ 6000rpm, keeping the fuel pump from maxing out.. the stock AFM is a problem ive noticed, as i cant boost it over 16psi..

still For Sale ppz.. -
well im on 232rwkw atm, thats with a stocker fuel pump and injectors and SAFC II.. the reason i couldnt push it anymore was cause of my fuel pump maxing out.. im hoping for another 20-30rwkw with a fuel pump, injectors and PFC..

well, i broke the first top stud in the head, had to get it drilled out and a bodgy mechanic ended up drilling through the head.. didnt realise this, until i had an oil leak problem, and had no idea where it was coming from until i followed the trace of oil to the spot.. so i had to get the hole rethreaded and sealed, then i fit a slightly larger stud in its place.. not saying you got the same problem, but im just saying to check everywhere, including around the head.. Greddy eMANAGE is more of a piggyback then a standalone ECU.. Power FC or Microtech i would recommend..

i agree with bullet32.. its to do with your intake setup..

hmmm.. if this was the case, wouldnt the car stall? as the turbine will be forced to stop spinning and the exhaust will be returned back in the engine/trapped in the exhaust manifold, causing the engine to stall? ive revved my car from the throttle body, looking at my bov as it releases air, and when it flutteres, i noticed the spring on my bov bouncing open/shut..

i found an oil leak from my head, the stud was missing and there was oil leaking through the exhaust manifold hole down the side of the engine and around the sump..

ive updated to a 2530 on my 33.. i got a complete kit from HKS, along with the turbo i got water/oil flex lines, washers, bolts, nuts, hoses, clamps etc. the turbo is bolt on and quiet easy to install.. the only problem i had was a water hose behind the engine which i couldnt get to, so i had to take off my left tapper cover to reach it.. even though the 2530 isnt much bigger then the stock turbo, ive noticed a quicker on boost response, and able to boost it over 16psi nicely.. with a fuel pump, ecu, injectors and the rest of the supporting intake mods, you could push them to 260rwkw+.

hks super sequentials, they flutter/wooosh/whistle and all the rest, depending on how u release the throttle.. with mine, when i spool up the turbo and build up heaps of pressure in the intake pipes and release the throttle quickly it makes a woooosh sound, if i release it slowly it makes the fluttering sounds..

AKZ Engineering, John Wilson - Mechanical Engineer Ph: 6236 3009 Mob: 0417 230 074 This guy is a well respected engineer, hes engineered a few of my friends cars aswell as mine, i would recommend him to anyone with modified cars seeking rego in the ACT or NSW.. I had heaps of mods on my 33 when i first purchased it, and i had problems aquiring rego in NSW.. i paid $500 for a complete engineers report from this guy.. he came out to my work, took him half an hour to inspect my car, recorded the db noise levels, the rim sizes, bodykits, intercooler, engine numbers, inspected the engine etc and wrote out a complete report for me the next day.. Oh and ive been pulled over a number of times since i got my car engineered... and in one instance, a cop told me that i wasnt allowed to have a turbotimer in my car, as he pointed to it while i was jumping out of the car , i then reached in my glove box and showed him the engineers report and he shut his mouth and went on about his business.. it was the funniest sh*t ive ever expirienced..

ive heard that they can handle up to a 50hp shot of nos, thats dry system (not sure for how long).. anything over that with the stock internals will do more harm then good..
-
that was me dude, saw u wave, gave u a wave back.. nice 33 u got there.. also spotted that blue R34 GTR goin up hindmarsh towards weston.. jst got back from jerra, poker-nite tnite.. got knocked out early...

mine does the fluttering sound and the wooosh sound.. it depends on how u release the accelarator.. if u spool up ur turbo and build up heaps of pressure in the intake pipes, and u release the accelarator quickly, it makes the wooosh sound, if you release it slowly it makes the fluttering sound.. i think this also has to do with what type of intercooler you have (large FMIC or SMIC)..

i think we need a steering wheel removal DIY in the tutorials section.. ive been wanting to replace my stock steering wheel for a while now, but ive been freakin out with the whole airbag thing, jst incase it goes off.. a few ppl have suggested to simply disconnect the car battery and drain the power by depressing the brake pedal? can this be done? or does the airbag unit have its own power source?

they must fear the skylines that much, not to wanna cruise with them.. or they are afraid that the skyline will stand out too much and take the attention away from them..
