Gday all, For those who are still interested in my little saga, I've got some great news!!! I picked up the 32 from B.Lacey's this morning and happy to report its in great nick! The quote was originally $500, but when I dropped the car in about 4 days later on the computer screen i noticed that it jumped to $770.....ahh well, just as well i wasn't paying for it eh :sorcerer: Anyway, now for the fun stuff...... Here are a few pics maybe a day or two after the accident, please forgive the dirtiness, just wasn't in the mood for cleaning it ha ha And here are the pics from this morning, i guess the pictures speak for themselves, i am extremely happy with how it turned out, and they even fixed up that nasty scratch above the wheel arch at the same time (i think this scratch happened while it was coming into the country) They also had also cleaned the inside of the car and provided me with some touch up paint which was nice of them. Anywayz, just wanted to say a huge thank you for everyones suggestions & advice, it means a lot!! Best regards, Sean

Hey mate, ha ha, nahh i've got nothing against P-platers either, because i am one lol I'm not quite sure what he was doing, maybe he got distracted by his passenger or had a spasm in his right foot ha ha.... meh, what happened is done so there wasn't much point getting angry at the poor guy , plus he is being really nice about the whole situation so i don't hold any grudges lol, fair enough. Yeah i have a friend like that too, so far she has written off two cars, the second crash she was luckey to get out Speaking of your licence, i read ya thread, tough break. Hey everyone, Last night was pretty crap, heading off to the gym at Knox, P plate driver didn't give way to me as i was going around a corner, collected the rear right quarter of my 32. Damage isn't too bad, just a bit dinted and a deep scratch starting about middle wheel arch and heading back towards the rear of the car. Pretty low speed so nobody was hurt (which is the most important thing!) Anywayz, I'm looking for a few panel beaters to get some quotes, just wondering if anyone can suggest some places where they have had good results. The kid who crashed into me has a family friend at "Brett Lacey Panel Beaters" on Highbury road, i said i would contact him first just because it was their preference (and i'm just a nice guy ha ha :sorcerer:). Has anybody been to this place before? Any help would be most appreciated, Thanks very much guys Ps: Yep, i've done the old "search" and found a few places like "police rd panels" and "DT panels" which have both come up quite a bit, so i will be checking them out
