I suggest you contact your other driver and let them know. (who was your other driver?) They can still enter if they have someone else interested. However, 1 team has dropped out, so there is a spot for 1 team (2 drivers) available. GET IN QUICK!

How do you take this much stuff and cars etc and just dissapear into the night? Hope all of it, if not at least some of it gets recovered.

I would not stress until you have spoken to the them and got a consignment number to track it. Most companies these days have an online tracking system. Its not uncommon that for bigger items they will be left off the local delivery truck to fit in 20 smaller items. If your item was not marked "EXPRESS" then they can take 10-14 days to deliver. With this in mind, you may find its sitting on a dock somewhere and a phone call to explain whats happening may propmt them to make room.....or you could arrange to pick it up. But dont stress until you have taken those steps first
