Yeah you can get full units that fit to your car but hand helds are probably better and easier for this type of thing. I got 4 from dick smith for about $150 or something. I think single is under $50. Just make sure its UHF band and not AM, or it will be useless to you. On the the question about the police. I have been on several cruises where they meet at the meet points. Never seen them issue anything. They normally drive around, talk to a few people, have a look around to make sure no one is doing anything silly. As long as its all good, they will leave with no problems at all. Unfortuantly as soon as 1 person does something stupid, they get a bit upset. I think hillarys was different due to the large amount of fools/racecar drivers if you know what i mean.

Just out of interest, what coms radios are people using on these cruises these days? Am or UHF??

I agree. More people should get there and give support to these events. Having said that, my car wont be running by then so i cant go lol

Had thought of using my license plate, but as my mate had pointed out , Whats the point when the plate is 6" above it anyway? ha ha i cant not run a plate for fear of wrong attention.

I reckon the Hybrid will be fine I agree with some that there is better than hybrid coolers. HKS do a fantastic one i believe. But there is a huge difference between $700 and $2000 for a kit. I cant really justify spending that kind of money on a intercooler where the engine internals are stock, stock turbo etc. So i am sure for what i am have, this is probably fine. Does that make sense?

Has anybody a HYBRID stencil to paint "HYBRID" on the intercooler? I believe it normally comes with one but mine didnt Can any help? Cheers

I have seen this car in the flesh and the photos dont do it justice. Very nice car. Looks like you have the right people working on it based on the quality of it. Keep it up, look forward to seeing it on the street!!!

I generally use TollIpec for delivery. Mainly coz my boss has account with them. Cost is about $12 + about $1 per kilo depending on where the pick up and drop off is. Contact them perhaps?

I could be interested in buying it as the one i have is shall we say "at the lower end of the quality scale" lol
