    its been sitting around for a while there is paint on the fin from balancing it there is a couple of marks on the housing and a bit of surface rust on the exhaust housing thats why its cheap its an external gate turbo say on the holset site it would suit 1.8-3.5 to replace turbo on 4cyl cummins engine
